Good quality product, and efficient service

Delivery was delayed by a week due to shipping delays but the mattress and pillows are great and very comfortable. I went for this brand as I wanted a mattress made with non-toxic materials that didn't cost thousands and I'm very happy with this one.

When I ordered my mattress is was an easy process and delivered quickly. Then things were not so good! The delivery men were miserable and wanted to just leave the mattress in the hallway. I told them that I'm on my own and no one to help so then one of them inspected my staircase to see if they would take it upstairs. It's a bed so most people are going to want it taken to their bedroom. It was not a pleasant experience with this delivery company and I had read in many other reviews that many had the same lack of service. I really think Snoozel Green need to look at this as the delivery company is not doing them any favours.
The other thing I read in other reviews is that the mattress is heavy but I didn't think it could be any heavier than my previous mattress but it so is! I really struggled to get the plastic wrapping off and to move it against a wall. When the base of my new bed arrived I had to pay the delivery men to put the bed together because there is no way I can move the mattress. As I have a dust allergy and need to vacuum under the bed frequently the heaviness of my bed means I'm going to have to get someone to help me to move the bed out. I use to be able to manage with my old bed.
The mattress is very firm and I'm still getting use to it but still getting back ache some days. I'm hopeful that I will get use to it. I had thought about returning the mattress but I can't face having those miserable men back again!

My daughter introduced me to Snoozel Green and let me try one of her pillows. I found it so comfortable that I decided to get one for myself. Unfortunately they were out of stock so I searched on line and found another similar pillow. It was quite firm and had a strong chemical smell that wasn’t very pleasant and left me with a painful neck in the morning.

After some time I went on line to see if Snoozel Green had them in stock again and was very pleased to see they had and ordered one immediately.

It arrived very quickly, was very well packed and is a very much superior product to the other one I tried. What a joy to have this pillow. It is so comfortable and I don’t wake up with a neck ache as before. Thank you so much Snoozel Green for such a superior product.

The mattress itself is excellent. I went for for Snoozel Green as they seemed like the best "eco-friendly / sustainable" mattress in the price range. When I discovered they had a "rejuvenated" option, I thought this would be a great way to save a bit more.

Then the problems began. Most of these problems were with their delivery partner, Furdeco. I'd read other reviews on Trustpilot, but thought "surely this won't happen to me". But it did.

First the delivery was late. Then they delivered the wrong mattress (I only realised after they left as it was incorrectly labelled). Then the second delivery was also late. And the mattress that was finally delivered was pretty dirty: some pet hairs stuck to it, some stains, and some dirty scuffs. Snoozel Green assured me it had actually been cleaned, but the way it looked didn't reassure me for this. They gave me a hefty discount for all this... but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

So, very good quality and comfortable mattress... terrible overall service.

Nice mattress but still too firm for my husband. Will see if softens over next few weeks. Company response good and trying to find a solution. Delivery company not great they didn’t take it upstairs and got my signature and left before I could say anything.

Very pleased with the item and the quality is superb.
Love the natural materials especially the natural latex which has no chemicals and therefore no awful smell,and the wool really does keep you from overheating .willbe buying from Snoozel again, but please change the delivery firm Ferdeco as they were so rude .

I bought a topper for my daughter who suffers with back pain and the difference it has made to her sleeping is tremendous. This company is so ethical and the correspondence is superb. The company who delivered were very polite and helpful. Don't buy from anyone else. This company is 5star.

I'm writing this review having gone back to the website to recommend it to another friend. This mattress is such great quality and for excellent value. I have loads of allergies and since getting this mattress I am not waking up sneezing! The mattress holds if shape really well, no rolling off the sides or into the middle. Thank you snooze green for a great nights sleep!

Excellent, amazing product.

I tried 4 other mattresses before I could find one that would not give me a lower back pain, Snoozel Green's was the one. The previous mattresses were of either 100% latex foam, hybrid memory foam-springs, reflex foam, and a latex foam + coconut coir one. These all gave me some of the worst nights I have ever experienced.

I sleep mostly on my side, and a little on my back, but I prefer mattresses that are fairly firm, and this one fits right in that category. It has a little give, but not too much, feels very resilient and supportive. It did take me a few weeks to get fully used to it (probably the previous 2 months of sleeping on the wrong mattresses didn't help), but I slept better and better and my back pain receded more and more. Knowing that it is also made sustainably and with natural materials is certainly a plus, and it is actually great value for a mattress made using these.

Communication and delivery were also great, fast and smooth.

I wrote the review below a year ago before I had slept many nights on our Snoozel mattress. Now with more than 365 nights experience I want to say how wonderful it is to sleep on, not only the comfort but also that it has kept its shape with no sagging or dips. My partner feels the same, supports his back like no other mattress we have had.
We are needing to put our Snoozel mattress in storage for a few moths and I asked how to wrap and care for it and Oliver replied in a few hours, thank you.

Fabulous comfort! Sustainable and organic materials and an eco conscious company
This is a wonderful mattress, for comfort and my health and for sustainability of the planet.

I was so happy to find this small company Snoozel Green who care about using sustainable, natural, organic materials, care about our health, and care about the farmers who produce the materials used in the mattress. Also this company sells for a fair price, half the price of other companies who produce mattresses with organic materials.

We love this mattress as it has springs as well as natural latex, organic cotton and organic wool. It gives fabulous support and comfort and seems to breathe. We both need support for our backs and the combination of springs, latex and cotton and a layer of wool on top, really gives that support without any sagging, dents or lumps created. We had an Emma memory foam mattress which we returned as the smell from the chemicals and off gassing continued and disturbed my sleeping a lot and I was waking up with sore throats and headaches. It is so wonderful to replace it with a Snoozel that has no chemicals used in the manufacture and has no odour, I wake up refreshed.

Knowing that I am sleeping on sustainably sourced natural and organic materials gives my mind great comfort on top of my body comfort all night. We both sleep more deeply and waken feel bright and rested.
The ordering was easy, Oli replied to all my questions straight away, and the delivery was arranged the day before my old mattress was taken away. The delivery guys were excellent, unpacking and taking away the packaging and were friendly and careful.

A great website telling you every detail of the making of the mattress - the gathering of the latex from rubber trees, the sustainably sourced organic wool and cotton, undyed and unbleached.

Thank you for caring and creating Snoozel Green and I hope you can create a lot more sustainable and organic products at a fair price. This care and research in sourcing materials is so needed for our health and our relationship with planet Earth.

Best mattress I've ever slept on. I haven't added anything, mattress topper, blanket. Just naked mattress with a sheet and I love it.

I had been looking online for months for a completely organic mattress that wasn't also ££££. Eventually came across Snoozel Green. I don't know what I had typed into Google differently to get SG to pop up, but they weren't on my radar at all for a long time. So I'd definitely reccomend to SG themselves to make yourselves easier to find on Google. everything about the website looked pretty good. Had a look at their reviews on here and i could see they were quite a new company, but the 101 night guarantee looked great so decided to order. After ordering i sent an email to the given email if you have any questions and got a reply almost immediately! Delivery was brilliant. Ordered on the Sunday, received the mattress 4 days later. The delivery company were very efficient, they phoned me on the morning of delivery and then again when they'd left the mattress at the door (we couldn't have them coming inside because we're very high risk for covid. The mattress is very heavy so i wouldn't reccomend doing that without help)

Eco, Conscious & Organic ✅✅✅ we don't want to get out of it, it's really supportive without being too firm. It doesn't sag whilst side sleeping. So far so good! We love it :) Very positive delivery experience too.
