Appears to be a fake company. They claim to be in australia (but it ships from china if it really ships at all), after 2 weeks of waiting, the site said they could not find my order and the "Customer service" is actually an ai chat bot it just keeps replying "great news your order has been shippedD" sending me to a dead link. There is no customer service, there is no proper returns process and the reviews, on closer inspection, don't appear anywhere, it looks like its just ai generated, wish I had looked at it because they originally offered to keep the item for free if you dont like it after 60 days and I trusted that. Report this store to shopify

Received the device, I could hardly fit it into my mouth, uncomfortable and if you’d prefer to stay awake all night due to having the device in your mouth so it stops you snoring then yes it does work

Snoremedic is located in Australia, you can never find out that they are located in Australia until and unless you write to them about returning the product that does not work, they ask you to ship the product back to get the refund, and send you the return address which is in Australia, the cost of shipping them from Canada to Australia is over $60 and the cost I paid for the product is $69, This company terribly misleads and advertises as a Canadian product. Do not buy Snoremedic. It does not work, and it makes the symptoms worse, and you won't get your money back as per their money-back guarantee policy. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY.

I ordered this mouth guard because it was advertised as being made in the USA. However, when I wanted to return it, I was shocked to be given a return address in Australia. Return shipping costs more than 50% of the product’s price, and this important detail is not disclosed upfront. With so many other mouth guard options on the market, I recommend avoiding this company. Transparency and customer-friendly policies matter—and this company falls short.

No product ever arrived and no refund -- PayPal also would not refund as the tracking information showed that the item was delivered. Complete con. Avoid at all costs. Basically these guys are complete thieves.

There is no refund

I wish I had read these reviews before buying! The 100% refund guarantee is a con. Quick to reply when querying delivery but as soon as I said I would like a refund no reply from them. As others have said avoid it is a scam, will go through bank for refund. Avoid!!!!!!

Dodgy marketing practices. Offer a money back guarantee and then try to get out of it by offering 80% refund but no need to send it back. Eventually honored the money back guarantee after I complained.
AND it didn’t work!

Bought in June and 2 months latter seal glue between the crown to adjust the movement and rubber to hold teeth has off, so device becoming un-useful. Contacted customer service (Gilbert) and always promise to send a replacement. However, nearly 6 months latter Gilbert always saying the same thing (follow up to send replacement with no action). I think is a not real business here. Not recommend to buy from Snoremedic.

As od previously bought from Amazon for £4.99 except this one is £39. 100% money back guarantee they say ifnit doesnt work, well i didnt even open it and requested a refund, got some fool called Gilbert bia email asking why i wanted to return it even though id explained it in my email, needless to say, no refund no reply nothing, expensive waste of time and effort please avoid at all costs
