Great Customer Service
I ordered 2 fence posts for a small garden project from B&Q and they were supplied by Snowdon Timber. Being based in Wales, I was surprised that they arrived in only a couple of days but unfortunately the delivery company (not Snowdon's fault) did not pack them properly and one had badly split so could not be used. I emailed Snowdon's with the problem and they sent me not one, but two new replacement posts immediately. The staff were friendly, apologetic and resolved the issue quickly without quibble. A very good company who look after their customers. Product is also very good quality.

The website is easy to use and clear as to what you are buying. I had no issues buying what I needed. My order turned up quickly and I got some notifications of it being shipped.

Milking stool
I’ve been waiting weeks for my milking stool I ordered from Snowdonia Rustic Pine!! They promised delivery a number of times, yet still no stool. I feel it’s very bad policy and hope to get a full refund. Sharon Gravener

Thank you for contacting us. It seems there may have been some confusion, as we are Snowdon Timber Products Ltd., and unfortunately, we do not sell milking stools or any similar items. Based on your review, it appears your order might have been placed with a different company, possibly Snowdonia Rustic Pine.

The decking is of very poor quality
The decking is of very poor quality, there are many knots on the boards some of the knots are missing leaving holes in the decks. Also, not enough deck screws to complete the job. (28 deck screws short). The only good thing is the joists, which are of good material.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with the decking. We understand your frustration regarding the quality of the boards, particularly the presence of knots, missing sections, and the fact that you were 28 screws short for your project.
That said, we do find it somewhat surprising, as we’ve sold over 10,000 boards this season and, in the rare cases where customers have raised concerns, we’ve been able to resolve their issues promptly. In fact, all customers who have contacted us have been very satisfied with our service, as we've consistently addressed their problems to their satisfaction. However, in your case, we haven’t received any prior communication from you, nor have we seen any photos that would allow us to assess the situation.
It’s also worth mentioning that there was an option to purchase premium decking, which offers higher-grade boards with fewer imperfections. You also had the option to return the decking or contact us if you were unhappy, which would have given us the chance to resolve the matter for you.
We’re still keen to assist you in any way we can. Please do get in touch with our customer service team ( 01248 305530 ) and provide any photos or further details so we can look into the issue and ensure it’s resolved to your satisfaction, as we’ve done with other customers.
