Timber delivered the next day
Timber delivered the next day, totally amazed considering the storm damage to property and the demand on suppliers. Well done also the delivery driver who was helpful and efficient. Would definitely use again and already recommended.

Item not refunded and poor customer service
Ordered via b&q in November order came quick and item was good but ordered too much so sent a pack of wall panelling back and have all the details stating I have. However still no refundc raised this via b&q who put me in touch and have been back a forth with a Kseina ever since, being told the blame and fault is with b&q for the lack of refund. I have asked to be ccd into emails, nothing. Constant excuses and now they also stopped replying and still no refund. I don’t normally like to poor review but the lack of customer service here is extremely poor and I am £96.85 out of pocket currbelty since November

You made a purchase via the B&Q website, where we are a marketplace seller. Your order was delivered to you on time. Subsequently, you contacted us because you had ordered more than you needed. Once your return reached our facility, we swiftly processed your refund on November 30, 2023. You were provided with proof of this refund, including a refund number and the transaction date.
You then raised the concern that you had not received your refund. In response to your situation, we proactively contacted B&Q website operators multiple times (You have proof of it, please read messages via B&Q) and engaged with the merchant hub to assist in resolving this issue (You were kept updated, please see your text messages). Yesterday, we contacted B&Q again to expedite the resolution process, and you were copied on the communication. We hope that it will yield the desired results and that your situation will be resolved promptly.
Regarding the perceived lack of customer service, we would like to extend our apologies if you felt this way, particularly in light of the non-response to your message on Ksenia's personal number at 18:32 the night before last. We would like to bring to your attention that we were in consistent communication through the Christmas holiday, even though we were closed for Christmas. We wanted to go the extra mile to assist you during this time.
We kindly request that, in your future reviews, you provide accurate and updated information.
We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us or B&Q directly. We are determined to resolve this matter to your complete satisfaction.

Decking review…
The wood had clearly been stored outside so had some weathering. I thought I wouldn’t need to treat the wood as it was pretreated, but I wasn’t confident it was treated that well so treated it myself to ensure it lasts.
