Fantastic boot fit.
I have been skiing for around 30 years and have had a few boot fittings. The quality and attention to detail, both it terms of understanding my needs and then finding and correctly fitting a boot was exemplary. Without question I will be using Snow Lab again for any of my ski requirements. The best service I have received in any retailer for a very long time

Hi all, I had such a brilliant experience with Ed the shop owner that I sort out TP to write a review.

I have had my boots fitted twice before - out in resorts and honestly this experience was the best by far and it's in England, not even in the mountains.

Ed was really helpful, explained everything to me as we went, he had a lot of patience, (despite it being the 6th fitting of the day and a Sunday), to fit the boots and listen to my queries and foot niggles. He's really an expert of feet and knows exactly what to look for to make sure your feet get the perfect boot.

I am so glad that my husband found this Hailsham shop!

Thanks to Ed, Phoebe and the team for offering to repair my new Salomon Highpath snowboard.

I was satisfied with the repair and also received a voucher for the inconvenience.

I was looking for a specific pair of ski boots. Snow Lab had them in stock at a great price. The freight costs to Australia via them was very also reasonable. I purchased the boots and during my Japan ski trip one of the integral parts of the boots failed. Fortunately I was able to temporarily fix the problem so I could continue skiing. Upon my return home I discussed the matter with Snow Lab and ultimately they assisted me with a manufacturers warranty claim. Ed at Snow Lab kept me informed during the process. Snow Lab and Ed's customer service was nothing short of excellent. The matter is now rectified to my full satisfaction.

Had a recent issue with a product I bought from Snowlab. In essence the stitching split on a board bag.
I informed the guys at Snowlab and they got straight onto the manufacturer and pursued the warranty claim. Conscious of the fact I was going away again soon and would need a bag they got it all sorted and I have just received my replacement boardbag.
Top friendly service from a nice bunch. Would definitely buy from Snowlab again.

Bought a ski jacket on Saturday , decided it wasn't the right one. Returned it on the following Wednesday and bought another. No hassle or drama , just great customer service. Would recommend trying them out.

I purchased Union bindings from the website.

Very happy with the services. They were delivered the next working day.

I had constant email update by the company.

Also I had to reach out for them and I got response back in 20 minutes.

Last, but surely not least. They provided the best discount on the product among all the companies in the UK.

Ed was super helpful over the phone when I was looking at ordering Snowboard boots online from his shop Snow-Lab.
He even sorted me out with the promo code. And a load of decals for my board!
He gave very good advice and offered fitting the boots (thermal moulding) in-store when I was able to get there at a later date even though I'd bought online.
Fitting went well and now I'm all set to get on the slopes!
First Class Customer Service I can't thank you enough Ed! 8-)
