My first order was lost in the post. Has taken 2 weeks to get a replacement with much time spent on admin. When Jay was running the store this happened once before & I was sent free goodies & points added to my account by way of apology. Nothing this time. Slightly disappointed as I have lost a big chunk in sales which matters to small businesses. Ingredients are great quality however. It was not soaks fault, Royal Mail lost the parcel but I ultimately lost out & that hasn’t been recognised as it would have been previously
