I started using sober sauce recently as the choice available was so much better than all my local superstores. I've been impressed by their service including their excellent communication when there was a problem with the delivery van scheduled for one of my orders.

Wonderful selection of NA beers with personal comments and recommendations on many drinks. I really liked the comparison between different products. I've already found my new favourites and am looking forward to trying more! Delivery was well worth the money, I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and quality of the courier service.

Absolutely love Sobersauce
Absolutely love Sobersauce. Have ordered three times now and keep discovering new alcohol free IPAs and Pale ales. They totally hit the spot without the alcohol. Quick delivery too. Would highly recommend.

Package hasn't arrived yet so asking for a review is a bit dumb.
Sounds like the foul up is with Yodel who have simply said we had to return your item to the supplier!

Hi John,
I am sorry that you haven’t had your beers yet. I’m afraid Yodel only inform customers and not us of breakages which is really frustrating. However, if you email customer@sobersauce.co.uk then we will get a replacement out ASAP.
Regarding the review requests, Trustpilot sends out the request a fixed time (in days) after an order has been fulfilled. We set that time so hopefully the delivery is fresh in people’s mind but clearly if a breakage occurs it’s not the ideal time.

Great range, quality beers, highly recommended
Very impressed with the range and top quality of the alcohol free craft beers I ordered from Sober Sauce. Every one a winner. As good as alcoholic craft beers! Quick delivery too.

As we explained to you when you emailed us, this was not late, it met the timescales set out on our Delivery Page:

Orders are picked 1-2 days after being placed and delivery takes another 24-48 hours after that, depending on the service you choose. In your case the order was sent out the day after you placed the order and arrived with you the following working day. From order to delivery took 2 work days, almost to the hour.
We are sorry that you had incorrectly assumed a different delivery timescale. We would encourage everyone to always read the Delivery page for clarity.

All good with appearance texture and it does actually have a an authentic lager beer taste but for me it was a tad too tart I will try some different flavours going forward good start for me rgds phil
