More conversations, less time spent hunting for prospects.

We hired SocialBloom as a B2B growth partner for lead generation and pipeline development. They sold us on results "from day one," a 90-day ROI target, and a 180-day guarantee. Our signed agreement stated they'd generate pipeline value.

In over a year, SocialBloom delivered only 4 meetings total. Four meetings in over 12 months and none met our SQL criteria. In our assessment, and based on standard SQL criteria used in B2B sales, none of the meetings met any SQL criteria we'd repeatedly given them in writing or on calls. Several were with organizations we had explicitly told them not to target. No qualified pipeline value was generated. We have emails and call recordings documenting all of this.

We asked only for a refund of what we'd already paid, nothing more. When we posted an honest review describing our experience, SocialBloom sent us a legal threat demanding it be removed, which we did in the hopes that professionalism would be reciprocated. We're posting this factual account now because other companies evaluating this vendor deserve to know what actually happened, not just what's promised in the sales pitch. My personal recommendation is to find another vendor with a better, and proven track record. And never pay for a service like this up front. Only ever pay for results.

Being a software development agency, it is not the time to prospect but build. SocialBloom developed the whole outbound engine, handled the campaigns and pushed qualified decision makers straight to the calendar. First SQL came in prior to the third week of engagement.
