Do not use SocialSinq!!! They promise and dont deliver!

I am very disappointed with Social SinQ. They advertise as "hands-off" social media. I am spending more time doing my social media now than before. I have to write the posts and find images and send them to them for them to JUST POST and they are regularly weeks late doing so.
First, they never read any of the intake profile or researched the peer companies I submitted because the first several weeks of posts were way off the mark. They hear "health and fitness" and just post random things. Second, they did not use my pre-created branded materials in Canva until I pushed for this.
When I did complain to management, I got promises to improve with no results. For example- my package is for 3 posts a week. In total last month, they did 9 posts despite me creating them and sending them everything. As of this writing, they have not posted in over 2 weeks despite the fact that I have sent them completed posts.
Avoid these guys like the plague!

"cancel anytime"...such a lie

"cancel anytime"...such a lie. I have tried to cancel for the last 2 months-yet continue to get billed.
Service was ok- had to really edit their text, English was way off.

Have tried to resolve this---but they don't respond.

Stay away from these people

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. I made the mistake of signing up and then the nightmares began. No customer service and they engage in fraudulent behavior. I finally got them to cancel my membership and refund the money, or so I thought. Three months later and I'm still getting billed monthly from these fraudsters. Each month, I sent emails telling them of the mistake and it seems to fall on deaf ears. If you look at their FaceBook reviews, you will see that those reviews are all fake accounts. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Still having major alleged fraud issues with this company that I hired & canceled in May of 2023! Do Not Hire

My review was submitted on June 12. Today is July 20. If this company had an issue with my review - why wait over a month to dispute?

This company seemed great online. I had a consultation call with Jay. He is the perfect salesman IMO - told me everything I wanted to hear.

I selected their 2nd most expensive package which guaranteed my own "private social media manager".

Please view the website to verify that their website states with the "Premium" plan - at $295 monthly - a DEDICATED social media manager is included. I have been banned from copying & pasting & screenshooting.

During my consult with Jay, he assured me that this SM mgr will work w/me on the strategy. They collected my $$ and wrote 1 blog & 1 post WITHOUT ANY CONSULTATION. How is a business going to succeed if Social Sinq is promoting Villas - which you don't sell - but are paying them for posting?

I canceled the service within the 14 day trial period.

Social Sinq ignored me for awhile - until they saw I posted a negative review. They breached the contract. Once they found out I left a negative review - all of the sudden - I was a priority & all the BS you hear about how your number 1 and they will do whatever they can to make you happy IF you remove your negative review. They make you feel safe - but keep in mind - they couldn't care less about you until they discover your review - so being a reasonable business person, you decide to give them a second chance - well then I sent them a screenshot of where I deleted the review & looked forward to beginning a "new" relationship. The second Jay saw my email stating I removed the review, he sent me an email stating that I had NOT in fact removed the review and that I needed to do so immediately, then I could go to "Calendly" and pick whatever time to feel special & appreciated by them. Complete coldness in my opinion - they just wanted to review gone & I was willing to try again. Then, my father in law passed away at age 91 - he was also involved with prostitutes - because he had money - half of which belonged to my husband that he never received. So My husband and I are dealing with the death and then finding out all of these details - police and adult protection services are involved - 4 case numbers to be exact and a "missing" firearm - to having his car stolen from our driveway - this guy Jay is harassing me to remove the review - but there never was ANY promise of "making things right".

I realized right then and there - they didn't care about me - they just wanted the review removed. I am grieving & dealing with police, a funeral home, a hospice, adult protection services, & a vicious bank - while trying to grieve & still maintain the care of our family & home as well as my business.

I have not been in a place to work - then Jay sends me this harassing email which I cannot show you because they put a block on copy and paste - so no matter how many times I try - the text will not show. So if you have nothing to hide - why do you need to do this?

Please feel free to email direct to receive a copy of this email - this has nothing to do with providing me excellent service nor an apology - just REMOVE the review - I wonder if the others who negatively reviewed them were harassed?

So Jay emailed me on July 18 - apparently - I'm not allowed to grieve & there is a time limit on my response - did not respond quickly enough for Jay - so now he reached out to TrustPilot with a threat that if I don't add anything to my review - it will be pulled - well if you did what you hired and paid to do - we wouldn't be here & threatening me does not make me want to business with you at all.

My LinkedIn is still hacked & getting resumes - my OWN CN award has been copied & pasted to THEIR FAKE WEBSITE! Can't verify SS set up the page - but the timing is awfully SUSPICIOUS.... To destroy a SM profile should be a crime. I saved all the emails.

I hired Social Sinq based on their website packages for social media. They collected my money and then created a post and a blog without even consulting me on what my company direction and goals were. It was within the 14 day trial time. I wrote them and asked why they were proceeding w/o my input? I canceled them. Then "someone" allegedly created a FAKE LINKEDIN PROFILE using my company name minus 1 letter. Now I am being harassed, multiple resumes for multiple positions are emailed to me and MY LinkedIn profile has been wiped off LinkedIn. The timing is too ironic - when you google where is this company located - it comes up with India and San Antonio, TX. The "creator" of the fake profile lives in San Antonio, TX. Again, this is allegedly - I can't prove it - but 2 days after I canceled my agreement with them, the harassment and copying my company name and emails to my personal and business address started arriving.

Still having LinkedIn profile alleged fraud issues. Notice you never get a last name. This firm should fined & closed!

Terrible Service, Caused Permanent Damage to Our Business

We utilized Social SinQ's services for a month and were deeply disappointed. The content created was unimpressive, demonstrating low effort and quality. Even after providing feedback and examples to the account managers, the resulting content somehow deteriorated further.

We then requested a service cessation and refund, only to be ignored. The situation was aggravated when we started getting spammed by fake followers around 2 am daily, which we suspect Social SinQ is responsible for since they were the only ones with our account details. Their denial, despite our suspicions, was the last straw.

Worse yet, our Instagram handle, which is emblazoned on our business cards, t-shirts, and other merchandise, has been permanently banned due to these dubious practices. This has resulted in significant financial loss for us.

Adding insult to injury, Social SinQ continues to charge us for a "premium" subscription, with multiple unjustified payments made under this guise. Their lack of response and refusal to address our concerns has left us extremely dissatisfied.

They cheat! Based in India not U.S.

They cheat! Compay is based in India but they fake their location in New York. You will reach Indian audience with them if you hand over your account to them.

Edit: No, it is not false. Anyone reading this review, please head over to their Instagram account, click on the three dots on the top right and then click on 'About this account'. You will see that the account is based in India, not the UK or the US. If their own account info shows they are based in India, imagine what they will do with your account.

Second Edit: What? Advertising agency???? Isn't Socialsinq is an advertising agency? Lol! Thank you for proving my point that your company is just offshoring the work. What a big fail!!! You guys provide Instagram Marketing to your client but you don't trust yourself enough to do your own marketing?

Also, I never said I am Socialsinq's client. I am just letting people know that you're a fraud. Thanks for the smoking gun though. I have taken a snapshot just in case you remove it.

Also, your claims are entirely false. We are a private limited company based in the UK. Our traffic is generated by manually interacting with people on social media as per our client's specifications of who their target audience is.

Edit: Yes, it is false because you still can't prove that you have been a client of Social SinQ in order to make these claims. The advertising agency that we work with openly uses virtual assistants that are based in India which is why you would see that on our Instagram and we have no problem with them doing so.

Second Edit: We’re a Social Media Marketing Agency. The advertising agency we work with helps us with Affiliate Marketing, a service we do not offer ourselves. Please provide a single piece of evidence that our clients are reaching an audience from India or that our company is based there.

Given your lack of evidence and persistent attempts to harm our reputation, it appears that you may be affiliated with a competitor. We will be taking appropriate action in response to these misleading accusations.

I have had the worst experience with…

I have had the worst experience with this company. They were never able to connect with my Instagram account and couldn't help me get access to my SocialSinQ account either. The posts they made for my social media were nothing special also.
