Avoid avoid avoid, look at the pictures of the new sofa I got delivered and they refuse to fix or refund

Sister had sofa of them was damaged promise to come and take it back phone them and was nice on phone then was told not doing any thing about it do what you won't can send pictures of profe

Love my sofa , was simple and easy to order and I received the sofa within a week . My delivery drivers were feyaz and zubair , they were great called 30 minutes before delivery and were fast and efficient bringing in the sofa and very friendly . Very happy with my experience and would recommend.

These 2 men are the best delivery guys I've ever met. Polite, funny ans professional. If every delivery person was like these 2, I'd order more haha.
They did give me a qr code to write their review but my battery died and I lost it so I do hope this gets to tge right people

I would like to do a review on this company today as I was very happy with their service. I ordered a 3 peace sofa for for my elderly parents who are in their 80s. The sofa came at the exact time when they say it would be there. Unfortunately the sofa was too big but my parents being old wanted to wait for me to see it before they decided. We all came to the decided the sofa was a little big for the room. Feeling quite stupid that I ordered myself and it wasn’t in being to large. I called the company and explained mum mums 80 and she’s getting into a panic that it’s too big and that you may not take it back. He told me not to worry I will get a driver to pick it up on Sunday and I will give your money back. He did exactly that. Very good company with brillant service. Thank you for making my life easy.

Salesman promised a call before,nothing would be a problem

Sofa exactly as described but the delivery came 1 week late didn’t have a sofa first week of moving in

Ordered the sofa it was great delivery guys fab however my puffets came with different feet on them I contacted the company straight away they told me they would post them out to me 2 weeks later still no feet for the puffet, I messaged them they read the message and ignored I messaged them again they have ignored absolutely ignorant clearly happy once they’ve got their money from you but won’t do any after sales and send you the right thing when you’ve spent a lot of money with them…

Honest review I’ve just spent over £250 on rebuilding sofa city direct product I’ve since been talking to various sofa people and sofa city is well known for they’re cheap frames they get from llanharan these cowboys talk about deluxe foams and padding a old employee of theirs told me the deflated padding and lack of springs and correct amount of staples and nails and cheap man made not proper wood that goes into the sofas which all hidden by the material covering is criminal and should last no longer than a year they even manipulate good reviews by aliases don’t don’t pile your hard earned money into these x Christie Tyler brothers who’s cheap cost cutting antics will leave you sunk into the sofa in a year HONESTLY WRITTEN

I’ve just spent £400 to have my sofa and chair opened up coz the cowboys at sofa city Bridgend cut massive corners on lack of springs and filling the whole fabrics were directly resting on the cheap chipboard filling causing it to rip my upholsterer was shocked but repairs lots of sofa city sofas he said they are known for extremely cheap and badly built sofas STAY AWAY

I'm writing this using the first person, as the sofa is mine, and in my flat. I should add though, due to medical issues going on at the time, the order was actually made by my sister, on my behalf.

I initially ordered my sofa from Dunelm. That was Oct 2020. I explained that the flat was on a 3rd floor, and there was no lift. "No problem", they said "they would deliver to the room of my choice". At the time of ordering, they could see that I was in a wheelchair & had just one leg - I'd just had an amputation. Anyhow, when they phoned to arrange delivery, they said that Covid restrictions meant they could only leave it outside & I would have to get it up 3 floors myself ....on my one leg! It was agreed to delay delivery. Fast Forward to 3rd June (approx 7 months later) they said they could finally deliver into the flat. Great. UNTIL the delivery drivers arrived, took one look and refused to even take the sofa off of the vehicle. Messages went back & forth with Dunelm refunding the money, but not even an apology.

Saturday 5th June, found the same sofa with Sofa Direct...and it was £25 cheaper. Ordered it the same day. It was delivered without any fuss 4 days later. Delivery guys (Zubair & Feyaz) carried the sofa up to, and into the flat, installed the sofa where I wanted it. No fuss. A completely different experience. A better and far more efficient service.

I know who will, and will not get my custom in future.

Just had my sofas delivered this morning, really impressed by the sofa I choice. Delivery driver’s very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Sofa Direct.

Great service fitted new sofa and took all rubbish away all done in half an hour very happy with the sofas and sofa direct highly recommended

A really great corner, reclining sofa at a superb price - delivery time very quick and the 2 delivery guys were efficient and friendly whilst following all covid rules.

Bought this coner sofa online so i was a bit apprehensive. But to my delight it was exactly as it was im the picture i was over the moon and at such a greatvprive

delivered built and put where I wanted with no fuss absolutely brilliant HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

After 5 weeks the two seat sofa developed a fault , the chair also has a fault, contacted this company not helpful at all, cannot get them to sort this out.

I was very pleased with my sofas ,they are very good value for money,and the delivery guys were very friendly and careful,would not hesitate in using them again.
