Don’t use this company
Horrible experience booked my sofa removal for 12PM, gave me a quote for 130 pounds for a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa.
They waited until 12PM to tell me that they were going to arrive at 3PM, I had already had plans with the other sofas at this point and booked time off work during this period to ensure that I was available for my sofas to be removed.
When they rocked up at 2:35 they only brought one person to move 2 sofas, They told me that I had to help them move the sofas with them as no one was coming to help him.
I’m paying you to come and remove my sofas?
After me helping the removal person move the sofas out of my house they then damaged my door my wall and many other things.
They specifically say on their AI website that their goal is: “Our goal is to make furniture disposal simple, stress-free, and affordable while leaving your property clean, safe, and clutter-free.”
Couldn’t be far from that.
They then expected full payment after all of this.
After of course me saying no you’re not getting full payment for me having to move my own sofas out of my own house.
I then get an angry phone call from the owner, he called me a poor see you next tuesday, I promptly blocked him.
I can’t advise anymore more about not using this company ever, they are unprofessional and cowboys, I guess you get what you pay for but don’t ever use this company
