Thanks for all people who share here them comments, I just order sofa from them but us people said it's was weard because they was so confused about delivery time, once they said delivery will be on Sunday, and it didn't arrive, when I contacted them then they said they can't tell me delivery time.Deffinetily going to cancel my order.

Don't buy anything from them. They also are on FB as Cash and Cary Sofa or Sofa factory.
Bought from them high gloss white Wall TV units.
When the next day was putting them together the last box had damaged doors. Email them that I need replacement or something and it's zero response form them until now so have damaged product that costet me 414 with delivery .that can't put together.
And they blocked me on Facebook to so that I can't put bad reviews there.
Avoid them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THESE, ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. I GOT A BED SOFA FROM THEM THERE IS A PIECE MISSING. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AND NOW THEY HAVE ME BLOCKED. 600 E DOWN THE DRAIN😡😡

I got a 3 seater sofa and when I assembled came with no sides.
Quality is not good either!
Nobody answered the emails or facebook messages. Recently i put my fiancé to text them on facebook and we explained the situation and I was willing to pay for the sides but they said they are sorry but they cannot help because the manufacturer is not making the sofa anymore.

Ordered a sofa and they brought the wrong one. Said the right sofa would be delivered on Sunday and have emailed and wrote to them on Facebook with no reply. You can’t leave Facebook reviews and when you comment on their Facebook they bloke you.

Ordered a 3 and 2 seater and footstool wasn't told would have to put it together myself but didn't mind however parts were wrong on the 2 seater and 2 back cushions missing they wouldnt answer calls and was told a manager would have to deal with it however wouldnt back to me again I eldt messages on der Facebook page to contact me mad dey didn't until I warned another customer and she cancelled an order they then threatened me and said it wouldnt be dealt with for 14 days and they blocked me. I will be taking this matter further

Im so happy to have read these reviews I was just about to purchase a corner suit for a over 1000e that turned into a sofa bed, but something just didn't seem right when I asked to see a pic of the sofa bed pulled out and they couldn't seem to get me one. Couldn't find any reviews on there fbook page obviously have reviews turned off for a reason. Thank god I got a lucky escape.

I ordered a sofa through their Facebook page.

Initially the wrong sofa arrived on a Tuesday and we were told the next earliest delivery for the correct one, would be Sunday. I contacted the page on Sunday morning and was assured the sofa would arrive that day. After waiting all day the sofa never arrived, and nobody contacted me to update me.

I tried contacting them many times through Facebook, email, and phone. Every time I called I got got cut off automatically after 11 minutes. And after 3 days have still had no response from them.

They have been an nightmare crowd to deal with and from reading other reviews it sounds like I may have gotten lucky by not actually receiving the sofa.

As mentioned by another reviewer their Facebook page is set up to not leave reviews and they delete comments they don’t want so I would suggest to everyone to report their page.

I do not recommend working with Sofa Factory .We purchased a Sofa with sprungs and premium foam. We paid 500 euro. The Sofa came in 5 parts, when we opened it and assembled it, we knew that the Sofa was not ours and that they delivered a sofa that was 100 euro cheaper. Communications through email did not solve the problem They denied any refunds and they didn't accept our solutions. They claimed they required the product ID which during the unpacking, was lost. By law, they do not require the product ID.

As per the sale of goods and supply of services act all you need is proof of purchase. You do not require the product Id.

I hope my post makes sure that somebody does not get scammed by this company.

Have read it e mails bout crap settees unfortunately bought settee n it is crap material
Filling is bad n make is terrible.
As said by everyone Sofa Factor will not respond to calls or complaints as I have informed them I want a refund.
I have now gone to Customer Complaints office who is a taking case against them. As gey are breaking the LAW.
They will handle THE SITUATION.Have sent them copies of complaints on trust pilot I am prepared to go to court with this so I may be looking for back up from u re ur complaints.

Do not trust these people. Bought a corner couch off them.
What was delivered was faulty and if such poor quality it could not be used.
Couch looks like it was used for years with the cushion in middle totally under filled, 2 inches below the rest. All others are filled with square small pieces of foam.
Staples all over the front, both straight and sticking out. None in the pictures
Will not take back because it was opened.

I don't understand all these bad reviews. The sofa is very comfortable, no damage, well made, no problems with contact, one disadvantage is the long delivery time, otherwise everything is fine. I am very happy with this purchase. Thank you

Please don't waste your time or money with this scam. There sofa's are really cheap quality! There is absolutely no support for assembly, no instructions, cash on delivery so you have no come back if you have a problem. If you are handed a sofa in pieces, you don't know there is an issue until they are gone.
There Facebook is set up as a community page so you can't leave a review. They are not set up on google so you can't leave a google review. They have no phone number, so you can't contact them. So many warning signs, don't make the same mistake I did. Also they are putting up there own fake positive reviews on Trustpilot to trick honest people, why would you do that unless you are a scam. Do not buy!!!

Sofa is not of the quality i expected. Had paid extra for the "extra spring cushion" but yet can still hit the cheap wood underneath when I sit down. Also it only arrived with 10 legs and needed 14. I contacted them about this and getting more legs but received no reply. I would not recommend buying off these as the quality is well below par and there is zero customer support.

I bought a sofa of this crowd, the quality is shockingly bad, you sit on the sponge and you can feel the wood underneath, when you get up, it leaves a kind of bubble between the sponge and material. I paid extra from premium quality, apparently, that is premium quality!!!
They didn’t turn up on the day they said they would deliver, I had to contact them and they basically said, ohh well, we will delivery tomorrow. I should of seen the red flags and cancelled at that point.
They did deliver the next day, the sofa came in 6 pieces, no instructions to assemble. The worst part is that they left me short 3 legs. The only contact is email or Facebook, no phone number (another red flag) When I was enquiring to buy the sofa on Facebook they replied straight away. As soon as I had a problem, minimal to no contact. I asked 5 times for an instruction manual to put together the sofa, nothing. They did reply saying I need 12 legs, I informed them I only got 11, they they said they mis-calculated, and I only need 10.
I sent photos to explain I need 14, then nothing, they just started ignoring me. They could of just posted 3 little plastic legs. I tried to get them in ikea but all their legs are too tall. I’ve had to go out of my way to try solve this, the hassle, inconvenience and it’s not just something you can pick up anywhere.
At the moment I am stuck with a piece of crap sofa I can’t even assemble. Imagine refusing to send 3 legs and not even offering a solution that I have to pay, nothing. Just no, you can’t have the legs you actually need to assemble the sofa. It has been a really horrible experience, the old saying, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is. You are better off to pay a little bit more and buy from a reputable company. They go by Cash & Carry SOFA Factory on Facebook and sofafactory.ie is their website. Do not waste your time!!

Ordered sofabed website is sofafactory.ie paid by visa debit card because it was cheaper than cash on delivery,place order on beggining of july 2019 up to this day 1st october not received sofa or refund,they even block me so unable to contact with them...do not use or buy anything!!!
