I ordered the Camden u shape extra large black lined sofa it is absolutely stunning and even more perfect in real life! Can’t thank sofa 24 enough the delivery team were great assembled all the sofa made sure I was happy with the sofa before leaving would recommend this site to anyone
I ordered a cinema sofa. I was kept informed of delivery dates, saples of fabrics were sent and videos of my chosen fabric.
Honestly can not recommend these guys enough! They even altered my my order after I requested and it has arrived EXACTLY as I wanted. 10 out of 10 for service, quality and the delivery guys!

Great customer service from Israr and his team. The items were delivered as expected and look exactly as I ordered. The two delivery drivers were very helpful and really nice guys. We bought the Westminster 3 seater sofa with an armchair and are delighted so far. I would highly recommend and would have no problem ordering from Sofas24 again.

Only issues i had was the delivery guys left all the packaging on my floor, I'd only moved in the day before so couldnt swing a cat in my living room for boxes, so would have been nice to ask if I wanted the rubbish in the garden etc and spoke to each other not in english which i find kinda rude...and left dirty hand prints on a newly painted white wall....thankfully was wipe clean... But thats just ne being totally picky..
The the company itself was great..love my sofa and great price..
I paid more for my old corner unit and the felt backing was thin etc my corner unit was sturdy enough to sleep on for a night or two while beds were delivered.

Absolutely disgusting customer service my daughter ordered the Florence Fullback corner sofa in Oatmeal delivered today nothing like it and was dark brown had to refuse it has been told by customer service she will get a refund in 3-5 working days and will have to re order.
My daughter has nothing to sit on as sold her other! Told her they will give her discount on new order why would you put your trust into this company when they can’t get the order right first time, I highly recommend not buying anything from this company, a genuine company would go out of there way to put right an error on their behalf
