Would like to say the service was immaculate went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend again!

Sofa delivered on time and with excellent service. It was difficult to get the sofa through the back garden and into our house, but these guys managed it.

I am really happy with my sofa—it’s comfortable, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The quality is excellent and it feels very sturdy. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a great purchase and I would definitely recommend your company.Bal $

Ordered a sofa on 7th January, delivery for 16th-19th January, then the date changed 17th January-20th january, fine not a problem.
Waited and waited and waited and waited, 20th January came, no delivery, no communication nothing.
Messaged several times again NOTHING, telephoned and no answer, left a voicemail again no call back.
DO NOT BUY from this company, they are obviously a scam.
My son and his girlfriend have just moved into their very first property and I wanted them to have something nice and now they have nothing new.
I’m so bloody angry with this company.

Bought the cord u-shape sofa and matching footstool and within 1 month the sofa beams had snapped and the footstool was completely obliterated after 2 WEEKS. The actual structure of the items are the poorest quality you can get for a sofa and footstool and you can feel how skinny the beams are to support it. So I don't know where they're getting "luxury sofas" from.

I tried to arrange a refund and they ignored my request numerous times. They finally confirmed I'd get a refund after asking about 4 times in separate emails. They arranged collection and said the ONLY day they have available in Sunday and that it's "impossible" to do any other day. They told me I'd get a timeslot the day before and I had to email them at 6pm the night before just to find out they weren't collecting until Tuesday or Wednesday (couldn't confirm either of the 2 days to make it worse). The total lack of communication and professionalism became abundantly apparent when my delivery driver told me to "go on tinder then" after demanding that I want a confirmed collection date and continued to tell me "you're wasting my time". I just about scraped an apology out of him on the phone.

I'm still not convinced I'll get refunded after they've collected the sofa so if you do want to risk this company DO NOT pay on a debit card. I believe this company is a massive scam and I will NEVER be ordering from Sofa Selections UK ever again.

Bought a couch and within a month it had broken. Return was easy and refund done immediately, but the quality just isn’t there

Bought a sofa last year via amazon. Just found out when having a minor repair that the sofa had no fire regulation labels and after testing found that the sofa had non retardant materials. Amazon refused to investigate and sofa selection UK refused all messages. Don't risk theses sofas. They could be dangerous. Working on sending info to trading standards

Ordered the 3 seater Almafi off Debenhams. From ordering to delivery was 5 days. The drivers were polite and took the sofa into the property. Is it the best sofa in the world....no....but you get what you pay for. It seems ok quality and I guess time will tell if it lasts.

This company is getting Amazon to take down any bad reviews they are receiving about this company from customers that have purchased these sofas (cheap sofas sold expensively that only last 1 month). I have proof this is happening.

Ordered the sofa online, had a call day before delivery, then a text on day of delivery for time of arrival. The sofa was delivered by the most helpful, polite man who helped my son get it up to the 4th floor. He even showed him how to assemble it. The sofa is just what we ordered and are extremely happy with the overall service and quality. Highly recommend

Sofa arrived two days after purchase and guy was nice so can’t fault that
Sofa seat cushions are soft memory foam so within weeks we could see it would go thin also the right hand side sloped and I sent pictures with spirit level image
No response from company or OnBuy
Finally OnBuy said post it back at own expense for refund an they will send label

After ordering 2 sofas and supplying full details(address,phone number etc) I was asked to send a mobile number and landline.The following day I received an email stating they could not deliver to my post code.I have received lots of different items from other suppliers(including a 5 seater corner sofa)and considering my address is only 3 hours away from Birmingham I could not believe this.Fortunately I got my money back and have ordered from elsewhere.
