Incredibly poor service
Incredibly poor service. I've never even reviewed a company on here before, but the service here was SO bad it has driven me to.
Firstly, I ordered a sofa and paid by Paypal which defaulted to my work address in error. I called immediately and was told they can't change an address I'd need to cancel and wait 3-5 days for a refund. Why they can't change an address on an order placed 30 seconds ago, before it even gets to a warehouse I have no idea. But the error was mine, so fair enough.
I cancelled and ordered again, they now have in excess of a grand of my money for two sofas, one of which is be delivered next day which I paid extra for.
The entirety of the next day I wait in, the sofa does not arrive. I call and am told there's been an error in ordering it, this needs to go to a resolving team and will take 3-5 days. So I tell her to do what I did and just cancel it and send me another one that will arrive next day. I'm informed this isn't possible and I need to wait. They also can't refund my delivery cost. Try sending them an email to chase progress, their SLA for ALL email contact is to 'try' to reply within 72 hours. 3 days, for a company who's USP is next day delivery. How does that even make sense?
As a final kick in the balls I get an email days later in response to my original contact, telling me there had been an error in cancelling my first order. It's been resolved now and I will get my money back in 3-5 working days.
I bought 2 sofas for next day delivery. I have been waiting now for over a week and own ZERO sofas.
