Hi Lisa,

I’m very sorry your order has taken so much longer than expected. We’ve been waiting for new stock to arrive, which is why your order has not yet been dispatched and there is no tracking information.

We replied to your message at around 11:30 last night to explain the delay and offer a full refund if you no longer wanted to wait. We’ve also tried to send updates before then, and I’m sorry those emails didn’t reach you. I understand your frustration, but I was upset to see the suggestion that we might be a scam company so soon after we’d spoken and explained everything yesterday.

We’re a small family-run business, and we’ve unfortunately had more stock issues than we expected. We manage everything ourselves around our little girl Sofia, and we are trying our best to put proper systems in place as the business grows. That’s our responsibility, and I’m sorry we’ve let you down. I’ve seen that you’ve now asked for a refund, and we’ll process it straight away, as promised in our message.

Hi Susan,

I’m very sorry that your order has been delayed. We understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than expected, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

We would have been happy to provide another update if you had contacted us. As a small family-run business, reviews have a significant impact on us, so we would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns directly.

The last email we received from you was on 31st August, when you said you understood the delay and were happy to wait. We also sent an update a few days ago apologising for a further unexpected delay from our manufacturer, and said we would refund the delivery fee you paid if you were happy to wait a while longer. Apologies if this email ended up in spam. We now expect the stock to arrive within the next couple of days and plan to dispatch your order as soon as it reaches us.

We’re sorry again for the wait. Unfortunately, we don’t have a large team of people helping us, we manage everything as a family around our little girl Sofia (who we named the business after). We have grown a lot quicker than expected and are trying our best to work through any teething issues and put proper systems in place.

As we said before, if you would prefer not to wait any longer, please get in touch and we will issue a full refund straight away.

Hi Linda,

We’re sorry to read your review and are surprised to hear you were unhappy with the quality of your order.

If the items were never even worn, we’re unsure why you didn’t contact us over the past month to arrange a return. We would have happily accepted the items back and issued you a full refund.

Instead, the first we heard of any issue was through this review. We also didn’t set up a Trustpilot page ourselves, so by choosing to leave this review, a page for our business was effectively created without our knowledge, rather than simply contacting us directly.

We are a relatively new family-run business and genuinely aim to provide both good quality products and good customer service. We really can’t emphasise enough that, had you contacted us directly, we would have done everything we could to resolve the situation for you.
