Raza guided us very well and showed us all our options based on the size of our room and style required. Very professional service and just waiting for delivery now!

Bought my first sofa set from these guys which lasted me 10 years. Still in good condition to be fair. Decided to try them again and bought my new Chesterfield from these guys.

We were greeted at the store by a sales executive Mr Philip who showed us the sofas we were looking to buy. While we were waiting to speak with him again, another person Mr Raza came in and asked us what we are looking for. We told him we had spoken with Philip already. He said its ok and that he can also help us out. So we told him we made a decision and he started on the paperwork. Later Philip came and said he was already speaking with us and was dismissed by Raza saying that’s fine I can can take it from here. We also found him a bit pushy n frankly would have preferred dealing with Philip. We didn’t want to make things awkward and finished the process and thanked Philip on our way out. Philip seemed quite upset about the whole deal which was understandable and he actually apologised to us for having had to witness this. As a customer it doesn’t look good to get involved in staff disputes. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Left to browse but loads of useful advice and tips from our salesman Raza even pointing out the choice of leg finish which we wouldn’t have noticed until he pointed it out to us excellent customer service thank you!

The experience in the shop was good but the aftercare is non-existent. Sofa and armchair were delivered on 15th December with some minor scratches and a loose leg, ill fitting £38 'sofaglide' foot caps which have already fallen off at the front. Contacted Sofology the same day via their site, still waiting to hear back almost a month later. Tried calling customer service but no answer after 30 min on hold. Since they do not answer the phone, do not call back and do not want to sort it out over email, I am at a loss as to how to get support with this substandard product.

My mum, sister and I had an excellent customer experience at Sofology. We were very impressed with Niyi particularly. His sale technique complimented us as a family. He wasn’t pushy, was transparent and objective about the pros and cons we needed to consider to choose the right sofa for us and our home. All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and had humour - it’s clear they enjoy what they do. Additionally, the facilities in the store such as the lift and toilets were a bonus for Mum who’s getting on a bit.

Raza was extremely professional and attentive. Very knowledgable and spent time to understand our requirements.

But unfortunately its making a lot of noise and it doest stop some one came and Gadget a look at it and sayed put something otherneath it it should stop the noise its getting worse
