No pressure, great salesman in Gary. Compared to other companies, would highly recommend a visit. As always, proof is in the delivery, which should be 12 weeks.

placed order in store the staff member orderd the wrong sofa to what we wanted so we have received wrong sofa. i have tried contacting them after 3hrs waiting on phone waiting for help only to get told ild be called back in 48 hours its not 7days later no call i have ramge them 7 times now still getting nowhere so will be asking them to take sofa back and refund me as im apulled by this service ive received wouldnt recommend to anyone

Bought a wonderful sofa from the clearance range in Farnborough and was given assurances it came apart when it was time for delivery. As the day approached, we got rid of the old sofa and then the new one (the corner piece) wouldn’t fit through the door. Not even close and it didn’t come apart so now I’m angry, disappointed and feeling very let down given we’re a family of 5 with 3 young children and a wife on crutches who won’t have a sofa in the lounge for Christmas. Brilliant. A sofa company that builds sofas that don't fit through a standard doorway. Still waiting to hear back from customer service…..

Your Sale person was brilliant. We explained what we wanted and he guided us through the store.
He knew when to leave us to wonder and think about our final choice. No pressure of any kind was felt.

Made to feel very welcome but then left alone to browse. Perfect. Charley was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and super friendly without being overbearing. Wish more shops had such great staff.

Five stars are given for the in-store experience which was great. Friendly, helpful staff who did not rush us in any way, despite us needing time to come to a decision and it being so close to closing time.
Sadly, the delivery experience seriously let the store down - received a message early Sunday morning to say delivery would be 7.24am to 10.24am and we were drop one of seven. We waited, and waited. They finally called at 9.15am to say they'd be there in an hour. Almost two hours later, at 11am they arrived. No apology, not even a smile. Hugely disappointing.
However, great in-store experience and everyone loves the new sofa.

Barry was very helpful and such a polite customer handler. He was able to answer all of mine and my husband’s questions. He sat us down and explained everything clearly.
It was lovely having him as our customer handler, and we would love to shop more under his guidance.
Thank you, Barry. He even calls himself “Barry the bald man” such a funny guy! Goodluck for more customers Barry.

I found the farnborough branch experience awful, candace does not get up to assist or help you in what you need help with but points in the direction of what you’re looking for. It was very sale driven and felt like it was just a sale instead of going the extra mile when spending a lot of money in the store. The customer service is absolutely pants , my finance was rushed and I felt under pressure while customers were waiting she was just trying to retain them and I heard the customer get upset as she wanted the sale for herself. They don’t offer any customer service incentives discounts or going the extra mile.

I write this review after ordering and prior to the delivery of our new sofas. As such this review is based on the in store sales experience.
My family visited the Farnborough store over two weeks around 5 times to pick the sofa we wanted. Our first three experiences of the store were pretty poor in terms of customer services. Many of the staff sit around in a huddle and don’t interact with customers. One particular lady was so ill informed of their products and tried to convince us to order in store rather than online due to aftercare being impossible in store if we ordered online.
However there was light at the end of the tunnel. Ella and Vlad were superb and were really good at helping us decide what we wanted offering solutions etc.
Vlad in particular listened to us and helped so much. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell at any point, but made us feel comfortable and was great, which probably made us order there and then.

From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. Candace from the showroom team was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy, making it easy to choose the right style and fabric for our home.

So far it’s been a great experience - Barry in the Farnborough store was very helpful in getting my order sorted. We haven’t got the sofa yet but hopefully we will have a smooth transaction then too

Spent over £4000 on a new sofa and within 5 months one of the head rest mechanism broke and also leather on same head rest looks almost worn, been told it’s wear and tear, must be the oils from our heads or medication we’re on the caused the leather to go like that???, absolute joke, leather should never wear that quickly, will not be buying from Sofology again,
