We were impressed by the good level of staff available to help and a very good range of sofas and chairs. Features, choices etc were all explained thoroughly.

Me and my Girlfriend went into the Hedge end Store to have a general look around
We then went into a few other sofas stores but found ourselves drawn back into Sofology to look at the Sofa we ended up purchasing.
A few of the Staff had noticed us looking at a sofa we initially looked at and a Gentleman Named Marc spoke to us and was Very informative and gave us all the possible options we could go for.
We ended up going home to think on it but purchased online but during the ordering process something went wrong and the order and changed slightly from what was selected.
After making the purchase i noticed the errors and quickly checked the emails and used the number provided and got in contact with someone from sofology. Only to be told by someone called megan they couldn’t help and gave me a different number to call to which the next person also couldn’t help and passed me another number to which they couldn’t help and then passed me onto to someone called Megan who sounded exactly the same as the first Person i spoke to who then said she would ammend the errors.
As there was a 48Hour window that needed to have the changes made by i assumed Megan had solved the issue…Monday has arrived and i checked my emails only to discover a message stating the changes could only be made in store or over the phone with a rep or in person in the store by which i had about 40 minutes to rectify this error…Luckily for me i called the store and it was Marc who we initially spoke to in store, who got to the root of the problem and very Promptly Amended our order and literally saved the day with Minutes to Spare
Sofology is very lucky to Have Marc on their team!

Sahill was v helpful and patient, walked us through our choices and tried to find one that would fit our measurements. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Having spoken to a lot of the staff at the store they seem a really nice friendly bunch.

The choice in the Hedge End store was excellent & we could easily have bought any one of several sofas that they had on display. The showroom was nicely arranged & the shopping experience was excellent.

We found the whole experience very easy and relaxing. No pressure from the staff but Dave was on hand to answer all our questions. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, which made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
In fact the friendliness of all the staff created a lovely atmosphere.
Would definitely recommend Sofology for your next purchase.

My wife dislikes being followed by sales people, and she didn't have the best first visit because of this (other sofa shops were worse I must say). On our return however Si was very respectful letting us look and try sofas leaving us to it when we asked. Steve the manager answered some questions when we had them, and then Si finished the paperwork with us and was helpful and polite.
We thought the sofa selection and options were the best here after looking in (too many) other shops.

The purchase of our sofa was an excellent process from start to finish. World class customer service from the Hedge End team which we can highly recommend. Pressureless, patient, superb product knowledge and all designed to give the customer a great experience. The importance of human service in a rapidly changing AI world.

Marie, our salesperson approached after a while browsing and asked if she could help. She had great product knowledge and gave us time to consider our options. We are very pleased with the service and our purchase.

Ever since we first walked into Sofology we had nothing but problems. First we were told they don’t do sales so the price you see is what you get, only to proceed with the purchase and receive a promotional email that weekend offering a free footstool. This would have saved us £500 and after raising with customer services, they refused to accept there was any confusion and insisted we were in the wrong. Later when the soda was delivered, the footstool that we paid extra for was the incorrect colour. After providing photos they refused to believe me and I had to have a dragged out email conversation which eventually ended up with them sending fabric samples which I used to prove the colour was wrong. The footstool was eventually replaced but there was damage to the foam from an over tightened packing strap. We let it slide and thought it would come out over time, however it never has and they won’t do anything about this either because it wasn’t reported at the time… despite it being foam so we thought it was petty to raise this on delivery and not give it chance to bounce back.
We paid extra for the insurance and when trying to claim on small scratches caused by our cat, they refused to cover it stating it appears to have built up and we didn’t report it the second it happened. Apparently they expected me to raise an insurance claim the second my cat scratched it once and every time subsequent time after that. I explained that this would only cost them more money since they would have replaced it multiple times rather than once, but once again they insisted on this point as a loophole to not provide cover.
Now, 3 years or so after having the sofa, we’ve not even paid the finance off and the springs have gone on one side. We’ve treated the sofa very well yet the springs have collapsed and started to rub on the frame below creating a horrible creaking sound. It’s also uncomfortable and causing me back pain. I’ve had an engineer out and because they cannot find a ‘manufacturing defect’ Sofology are once again refusing to cover it. According to the terms and conditions of sale, springs are covered in the 20 year warranty but they won’t cover because there is no fault. I’ve asked them multiple times throughout the complaint process how they deem this to be fair ‘wear and tear’ on a what was sold to us as £1,500 high quality sofa that is meant to last 20+ years based on its warranty. I urge you to avoid at all costs. Despite their customer service team being polite, they continue to accept responsibility on every occasion and will find a way to avoid holding up their agreement.
