lovely experience
We had such a lovely experience at Sofology. As soon as we walked in, we were asked what we were looking for and, after giving our measurements, we were straight away shown which sofas would work for us. It saved us so much time walking around looking at sofas that wouldn’t fit!
The staff member who helped us was really knowledgeable, friendly and polite. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure at all to buy anything. We were given plenty of time and space to think and make our own decision.
Really happy with the service we received and very pleased with our purchase.

Very first brand new Sofa
Great team, very friendly and helpful.
I was purchasing my first ever new Sofa at the grand old age of 57!! I was very nervous as this is a big purchase but the sales rep wasn’t pushy and just smiled as I went outside and took a breath.
When my purchase went through my daughter and myself went outside and jumped up and down with excitement!!!
I am now waiting patiently for my new sofa to be delivered.

Excellent. Customer experience
In store Richard ((Hove) was so professional and knowledgeable.. no pressurised sales process and I placed an order for a great quality set of furniture .. shame about the 12 week wait but excellent customer experience.

Very easy to purchase as lots of great options. Assistant explained everything to us but was not pushy and left us to browse. Highly recommended, hope it lives up to expectations when delivered.
