Amazing experience buying our Lumiere recliner corner sofa. James is so knowledgeable and patient, providing valuable advice and support throughout. Never felt like we were being rushed or pressured into making a decision, and was such a great sales experience. James is a real credit to the company!

Excellent service from Drew
We visited Sofology a few times and received excellent service from Drew. He was extremely helpful and took the time to understand our needs completely. We knew we wanted a corner reclining sofa, and he guided us through the options to help us narrow it down. Each time we returned, Drew was consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. His approach made the whole process much easier, and we really appreciated his help.

James was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He was super patient and really friendly. We visited the store on 2 occasions before we bought our sofa's, he remembered our names! James made it a really positive and fun experience, and have recommended him and Sofology to friends. Thank you James, you're a star 🌟

The promised two week delivery took THREE MONTHS and the armchair was delivered damaged.
I bought an arm chair which I wanted to take home that day. They insisted they would deliver it two weeks later.
They kept delaying delivery and lost it. THREE MONTHS LATER it was delivered damaged. I had tried to get it sooner but it seems by malice they just delayed it further and further. If this is the delay for a ready to deliver arm chair then I hate to think what happens to sofas and three piece suits that are made to order. See other reviews where people wait months and get messed around. Sofology are not worth the risk.
Before Sofology put a standard generic response please can they write what they are going to do to avoid this happening again?

James in store was a wonderful help to us. He was polite, clear in making sure we understood everything and very professional. He took the time to help us both times we visited the store. The first time in looking at different sofas and the second time in making our purchase.

Great customer service
We visited Hove store twice for a new corner settee.
Drew saw us on both occasions and gave us great advice on the purchase and associated products.
He allowed us time to make our decisions and we felt there was no pressure selling.
We would recommend Drew and his colleagues for their expert advice.

James our sales advisor spent a lot of time with us going through options and calculating prices etc. he was extremely pleasant, friendly and patient with us. At no time did we feel pressured. He had a lot of knowledge about all the products and gave advice where we needed it. Aside from the great quality of the product and the warranty, James was one of the main reasons we bought with sofology
