This was the 3rd sofa shop I'd went to that day and Paul couldn't have been more helpful with my specific requirements, resulting in me finding exactly what I wanted and placing an order.

Sales assistants supportive but not pushy. Informative and patient. I've ordered the sofa and am waiting delivery so unable at this time to comment on actual sofa although the one in the showroom was so comfortable I could have stayed there all afternoon!
This was the third retail furniture shop I had tried and the only one with a perfect fit sofa.

Matt was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. No pressure selling quite laid back. Looking forward to our sofa being delivered. Retailer was recommended to me by my Mum. This is a large purchase for us and it's our Christmas present to ourselves.

Matt ( at Ipswich branch ) was very helpful with us ordering our sofa and making suggestions on which individual pieces we could use to best suit our layout.

Gabby was very helpful and talked us through the complete procedure very professionally. She answered all our questions satisfactory and we left feeling at ease that everything was in hand.

The entire team at this shop are beyond friendly, absolutely zero sales pressure, they are just there if needed. They have an excellent choice of sofas, I think something for just about every taste. The lady who completed our sale was beyond lovely, so friendly. Highly recommended :-)

What a lovely experience my daughter and I had choosing our new sofa. After much consideration over our 3 trips to the store and Gabby being so patient & incredibly helpful we made our choice. Gabby went through every single aspect from different options of payment, the colour choices, fabrics & different accents to add to the final look! On our second visit to Sofology in Ipswich we were fortunate to be assisted by Matt. He greatly helped us to choose the right sofa for us and particularly the colour by pointing out other products in the colours we were considering so we didn't have to just rely on a swatch of material
