Very Happy Customer
Caroline, who helped me with the purchase of my settee, was fantastic. She helped me with everything I wanted to know. She was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and patient. She helped organise the finance and made the experience stressless.

We had the most amazing experience when we were searching for our sofas. Caroline explained everything in detail, what she recommended for my busy household.
We felt so at ease and she was so friendly.
She emailed and checked in on me and made sure I ordered them correctly.

Friendly and welcoming
Welcomed by Emma who was also happy to let me browse alone then was available and knowledgeable when making my choices.
Emma was very friendly and helpful. She gave a lot of information and although recommended additions, there was no hard sell.
The store is clean, tidy and well spaced, a very pleasant environment.

Are experience is five star the gentleman that helped us was named Colin and he was very polite and patient colin help with any questions that we had and if we didn’t understand what he meant, he would rephrase it and show us and that was a great help to both of us so thank you.
