Very big selection of sofas to choose from and the staff (susie) very welcoming and helpful during the process of choosing a sofa and helping us come to the right choice for us !

Absolutely in love with our new sofas(The Fitzrovia matt velvet wine)♥️ My experience was very positive, lady that was helping me, was very polite and friendly. She even offered us something to drink. Sofas are amazing quality, very sturdy, and look so elegant. It is our second purchase from Sofology and we are really happy😊

We had a really good experience at Sofology North Shields. We normally hate shopping for big purchases as you get mobbed as soon as you walk through the door, but we felt comfortable browsing without any pressure.
