Hannah from the Oldham branch made the whole sofa buying process easy, extremely helpful with the configuration given our difficult space, went above and beyond by providing visuals and moving sofas around in-store to show how it would look!
Thank you Hannah! We never felt pushed or pressured, just guided to find the best sofa for us! (Even if it is her favourite too!)

Such great service
Such great service, left to browse without pressure. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. Happy to run through cost options and stressed throughout that there was no obligation. Mum was able to buy the sofa that she wanted, at a price that she was happy with.

Very helpful and friendly staff
Great staff who were friendly and very helpful. We went in with our ideas and they showed us the choices available to meet our needs, we came out happy customers.

Really happy with purchase. Service in store is great. No pressure service.
Happy few problems setting up on finance system to finalise purchase but the team were great.
