Sofology appalling customer service
This is generally about sofology.. Just dont use them. Sofa ordered for 2 months.
Delivered 11th December ..Did not work on delivery still trying to get it fixed.
Customer service is a sick joke.
Don't waste your time or money.
Q.E.D.
Please note the automated... 'Sorry to hear please contact...' automated reply. They get so many lousy reviews they have an automated reply... Which you may note.. Takes no notice of the clear intimation in my review that I have already experienced their 'help'

Great experience
Gary was great at helping us from the minute we walked in. He introduced himself, let us know where everything was and let us walk around. He came and found us after we had decided on a sofa, talked us through the process and helped us with everything we needed. He was so friendly and an asset to the company.

New chairs
I bought 2 chairs at stockton branch and the salesman was very polite and very helpful and sorted my purchase out With no problem at all i was very pleased will use this branch again thanks jan
