Good service
Impressed the range of leather sofas and the optional additions. Served by Rob who we found really helpful in making our decision on visit to lakeside store. Very knowledgeable in ranges available and what best suited our requirement.

Jon in the Lakeside store was extremely knowledgeable, polite and far from the the usual 'hard sell' approach you may experience in other furniture chains. Highly recommend this guy should anyone be in the store, a credit to his team!

The way Jon met us at the door
The way Jon met us at the door, explained the lay out of the store then kept an eye on us from a distance (not follow us closely around the store which makes us feel edgy), but was always there to offer advice when needed. He dealt with us in a professional manner but still made us feel comfortable. He also makes a good cup of tea.
