Scammers. Did a subscription and stopped to work after one week. Tried contacting several times by WhatsApp and email without one word back.

They only communicate via whatsapp, subscribed and paid and my account expired, then they ghosted me and never replied, tried for days, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!

Scammers, hasn’t worked in days. No contact what so ever. Contacted them many times but no availability. Took my money and scammed me. 😡😡. Avoid at all costs

dont give them your money. bought the lifetime subscription only to last 2 1/2 months. numerous emails and whatsapp calls and no replys. too bad we cant track these crooks down and get our money back.

I’ve tried several IPTV providers over the past few years, and SoftFam.com is by far the best one yet. The channel selection is massive — from U.S. and European sports to Arabic and French entertainment, everything I want is there in HD. What really impressed me was the stability of the service — zero buffering so far, even during peak hours.

Purchased 6 month subscription. It expired after 3 months and I cannot get anyone to answer my texts on whatsapp or their message page. They took my money and ran away with it!

This IpTv system doesn`t work properly. Bad picture quality, not even a 8K, maybe 720 or less. some channels on live Tv get frozen forever.
Refund isn`t a question.
I asked them so many times by Whatsup about my problems with this system, but nothing, nobody cares.
Asked for my refund, just silence, I lost money.

Horrible service! They seem cheap and it's because their service doesn't work and neither does their customer service. It's a scam!!!!

Why can't you give a company a zero rating? I paid for a 2 device 6 month service and I've had nothing but greif after a month.
No guide any more, constant buffering, and forget ever logging on with 2 devices.
I've contacted them twice and have gotten no response.
I'll not be referring this provider to anyone GUARANTEED.

I was supposed to get two devices and 15 months for the price of 1 year. I only got one year and only one log in works. Been complaining to them about it and they won’t even talk to me. They don’t answer my emails and whoever is on WhatsApp is a joke. It’s only been 3 days and I want my money back but they won’t even reply. Oh and I complained about not responding for hours and they said it’s the weekend. So if o need help on a weekend I’m out of luck

They say customer service 24/7 been waiting for a week to get help.Screen keeps going black and epg is gone.Not to mention that they don't tell you that you have to pay extra after 7days the get there player.

May 7 2024 i ordered 2 year 2 connection iptv service i received the login and found it was constantly buffering i was told i needed to install the ibo player witch would of costed me a extra 35.00 cad he said to send him the codes to enter and he will load after receiving the new service i found there was no tv guide and there was a crazy amount of the same channels and it still buffered and they said they would fix the problem after 3 days they did not fix anything in there site it showed 7 day money back guarantee he has now changed that on his site monday may 13 requesting my money back as per there 7 day guarantee they have ignored me do not purchase any service from soft fam they will only give you a sub par service and they only care about getting your money bad business
