Received different product to that advertised, different free gift, arrived battered. Inferior product, not fit for purpose. The 30 day free trial is misleading as you are expected to pay postage to China, even though the company is Softskin London

I didn't get on with the product so I requested a refund under their '30-Day Glow Guarantee' - Try it risk-free. If you don’t feel the glow, you get your money back.'
But after several emails to them, and using their contact form, all of which have been unanswered, I'm still waiting.
There is no contact telephone number on their website or their order confirmation emails so as a customer I have no option but to email!

Softskin does not do as described, leaves skin sore and still have to use tweezers. Sent 2 emails and online contact form asking for 30day money back guarantee , no replies.

Epilator cost £36.00 is not fit for purpose - cheap and nasty, emailed company numerous times requesting return address they ignored my emails, paid via PayPal who are taking up complain but still think I will lose £36.00 totally scammed - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- would have given no stars if I could of !

I purchased a hair plucker from Softskin of London and had a terrible experience. The product didn’t work at all—the cream that came with it was thin and watery, more like diluted soap than anything effective. When I tried to contact the company for a refund, they ignored me completely. I eventually had to escalate through PayPal, and then the company demanded that I return the item to China at my own expense, which made no sense considering their name suggests they are based in London. In the end, I lost £30 and received nothing of value. Very disappointing product and untrustworthy customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

No issue with the company (although they are not in London yet alone the UK!) Delivered in the time they said.
The product is awful. Its taken the top layer of skin off my skin, it feels sore, and I've still had to use my trusty tweezer! Rubbish. Waste of money and will be throwing in the bin

Dont buy! Did not receive the product advertised - received a cheap imitation from China, not fit for purpose and possibly unsafe electrically. Don't buy.

I received softskin pro turns out I cannot use it as disabled very bad hands I only read the instructions on box so is brand new even though the box was crushed and broken I have emailed them on 3 different addresses I had 1 reply telling me that they couldn't find any trace of my order so I sent proof of purchase which they asked for then nothing I want a refund ment to be 30 day money back guarantee well I am going to my bank tomorrow to see if they can help this company is dreadful wish I had never ordered anything they would get no stars if it was possible

I received my order on 11/07/2025 and immediately contacted Softskin London both via the Shop app and directly by email because the SoftSkin Pro item was packed in a thin plastic bag; when I opened the bag the box containing the item was crushed and open, the SoftSkin Pro was out of the box, the box was not sealed.

The SoftSkin Glow cream was supplied in a plastic container in the same packaging and the container had cracked. The cream leaked over the SoftSkin Pro.

I received no reply to my two methods of contact on the 12/07/2025.

I forwarded on my email with another note on 18/07/2025 and asked for a response. No reply has been received.

On 21/07/2025 - I contacted ShopPay and they forwarded my note to SoftSkin. Again, no reply received.

23/07/2025 - I followed up again my emails to SoftSkin requesting a refund in full within the next 7 days. So far no response.

When placing the order there is a note on the SoftSkin website stating there is a 14 day money back guarantee, no questions asked!!

I fully intend to take this matter through a legal route if I do not receive a response and a refund in full. I have told SoftSkin London to arrange collection of the goods at their own cost.

The lack of customer service from this company is 100% unprofessional.

Don’t take notice of all the hype the product is useless. They say 100 day money back guarantee you have to email them they do not reply!!

Avoid this company. I ordered a product that apparently has a 30 day, no argument refund policy. I have now emailed them on 5 occasions only to get no acknowledgment whatsoever. They advertise on Facebook. Would not recommend the product or the company. I have had to involve my bank and initiate a dispute.
