Great product and excellent support. Very happy with the service provided by Softwaremaster.

Software Product Key arrived well within the nominated timeframe.
Key was entered into my Microsoft account and accepted.
Initially unable to download software but an email to Softwaremaster Support was quickly answered with the correct website address to enter.
Software downloaded and is fully operational.

Although I didn't get my code immediately (i know it did say it would be within 24hrs of purchase), I reached out via email, and soon after I got my code. So, the service was great. On previous occasions both my purchases came with immediate codes. All good.

It was initially a 1-Star when I saw that even though it activated windows from startup, windows wasn’t actually activated in settings. However, I emailed them and they sent me another key which in fact activated windows 11 pro. Very happy with their customer support and experience as they replied within 2 hours.

With the purchase cost so low I was initially sceptical about dealing with Softwaremaster, but with consistently high feedback reviews I decided to chance it...and very pleased I did. The whole process from purchase to installation was seamless and trouble-free.

The product key they gave me didn't work, however they responded to my email fairly quickly and supplied me with another straight away that did work without any fuss. So I am happy with their service and will buy from them again in future with confidence.

Decided to move from paying expensive annual subscription to Microsoft for Office 365 and purchased Office 2021 Professional. Had some issues with installation probably due to me not being very tech savvy however, received timely responses from tech chat people to some questions and all seems good now. Also great price for lifetime activation. Highly recommend Softwaremaster.

I had Office 365 installed and didn't want to continue with subscriptions so decided to go to office 2021, they confirmed a process to get there using the product key I purchased from them (received by email about 15 mins after purchase). I was able to successfully downgrade from O365 to Office 2021.

Software master are 100% genuine and great product/service, unfortunately I made the mistake of purchasing from software mart first. Don't go near Software Mart Australia they are fake.
