My laptop crashed and I could not recover it. Chat GPT recommended I use a Windows 11 Bootable USB Installer and directed me to this site. I ordered a PC Laptop recovery USB for Windows 11 reinstall. When it arrived Chat GPT guided me through it's use. It worked first time and my laptop is now faster than it has been for years. I can't fault this company.

Got a Macbook Air from EBY. In excellent cosmetic condition but wouldn't start. Didn't want to return it but stood to lose money. Contacted SoftwareRepairWorld who actually respond to emails as promised. Explained the problem and received the solution in a couple of days and it only cost me the same as 2 coffees. Up and running and very happy. Recommended to ask the experts. Thanks for a professional service.

I purchased a CorelDRAW Graphics Suite license from Software Repair World, but the key I received shows as “Problem / Unverified” when I try to activate it.
I contacted support several times via email and through their website form, but I haven’t received any response.
I would appreciate a refund or a working license, but so far, no assistance has been provided.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer support.

I purchased a product which did not work, so I had emailed the support team. They said that it was no problem and that I could return the product as they had an error with their system. However, at least a week passed after I returned the item and I hadn't received a refund or a replacement - no contact either.

I emailed again to follow up on the issue and was told that they could help but needed my order invoice to help, which I sent them - No more responses, even after a follow up email a few days/a week later.

very good company, I ordered SSD with USB, but I ordered the worng one by mistake, the comapany sorted it out quickly and provided a FREE return label, and the also sent me a new one that I needed A++++

I bougth Microsoft Office 2024, excellent new and updates software, recieved the key instantly and downloaded from official Microsoft Website A+++

Purchased Microsoft Office 365 Lifetime License 5PC Devices PC or Mac × 1, link doesn’t work, contacted customer services through website, no replies, tried calling them, no answer, emailed them, no reply, complete joke of a company.

Didn't clarify that the Coreldraw 2021 would not work unless you already had the program.
I emailed to ask if this was correct and received the cryptic reply:
"CorelDraw 2021:
If you ordered anything else, this will follow."

I didn't request money back, just an explaination and confirmation that this was the case, however the reply was deliberately baffling to ensure they did not answer. Avoid!

Corel WordPerfect Office Standard 2021 advertised as Lifetime Version - Official Corel Download - Official One-time License Product Key for 1 PC Windows.
Turned out to be 30-day trial version, available free of charge from Corel website.
Requested refund by e-mail - no reply, telephone number has recorded message "unavailable".
Fortunately paid using PayPal, claiming via PayPal resulted in prompt refund.

The product worked initially but now doesn’t and I can’t access my files, they are all gone. No response to the all the emails, phone messages, ‘chat’. There is no customer service it is all a scam

Purchased Office 2019, needed to get support from them, zero response by email, telephone never gets answered, there are better options out there, I'll never use SRW ever again, and I lost £20.00!!

Bought a Recovery USB for PC Laptop Computer. It arrived promptly and booted fine. Was a little confused how to get instructions but chat on the website gave me a link. Have seen some complaints in other reviews that it's not a genuine company but if you search using the company number on Companies House website, you will find them.

Purchased programme and downloaded but the programme did not work. Tried to telephone but no answer. I sent email requesting refund as the programme did not work but received no reply for 2 days and they send me reply saying I could not get refund as key had been used. I had to use key to get it to work anyway. Scam company. Dont touch with bargepole....

Update on 7th January bu still no contact or refund from Software Repair. Stay away from this company..

I ordered a product from these shiseters, the link they sent didnt work and linked to the wrong product, i sent them the error messages and told them it was wrong they stopped responding, I then requested a to refund as it didnt work they stopped responding didnt return any of my telephone messages .
They are crooks, dont expect ant support or assistance.

Ordered a Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus Activate by Phone × 1 key from them and it's not a valid. Raised issues with support and they just keep emailing me new keys that still don't work. They have gone silent and refuse my request for a refund. they only show 5 star reviews. My current view is that never buy from them.

Great company I bought USB for Windows

I thought after two days this was a scam as they state
they will send e-mail updates informing you of your order. Then after 3 days I received the USB and after looking at previous reports I was sceptical about what I'd bought. I plugged in the USB, followed the onscreen instructions and some 20 or so minutes later my laptop was up and running again. That will teach me for uninstalling Edge just in case anyone else has done the same. Thank you SRW.

I have purchased from software repair world twice, on both occasions goods arrived on time. Second time was a preloaded hard disc having seen some of the reviews here I was worried however the disc was brand new and still in its anti-static bag. I took the back off of my laptop removed the hard disk and slipped this one in. Replaced the back and screwed it all up and pressed the power button, away it went, no need to enter the license number although I had it if needed. All done in half an hour!

SCAM.
memory card containing over a thousand images and videos of my family became corrupted. i tried disk drill which to my relief found retrieved all the files and showed previews which were gave me piece of mind.
so to fully retrieve I had to pay big money.
then I came across Software Repair World, I purchased their Data Recovery Software, after scanning memory card it showed a blank file list screen.
after this the card no was dead, put it in laptop and would not even read recognise ping up nothing.

I purchased EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard v11.8 from them, and really did magic for my crashed hard disk, with nothing more to do than installing and starting it. After scanning the damaged partition I was able to recover all my files (pdf, docx, pictures, everything)
