Total scam!!

Total scam!!! They do not work at all, the mice in my area are eating the pouches but what is even worse is that you do not realize you are signing up for a a subscription service and they do not email you before shipping out the next order. Save yourself time and money and do not waste your time on these useless pouches.

Here's an update on my service from this HORRIBLE company. They only respond after you leave them a bad review and bombard them with emails. This stuff DOES NOT WORK! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Customer service is a JOKE!

Don’t buy this they keep charging my credit card . The phone number they have no one answers, I have e mailed them they keep shipping and tell me I have to contact them to cancel. I thought e mailing was contacting them. Now I am disputing with my credit card company. Terrible company

Is this for real

This company is horrible. I ordered 1 pouch just wanted to try it 1st. Without my knowledge they signed me up for auto fill so they continue to charge me. Looks like many others have the same problem. Customer service there is a phn number no one answered though. Have requested to cancel subscription they ignore the request. To top things off they signed me up for autofill charged me for 2nd order said it was delivered a few days ago, Guess what I never received an order. Ive now reported them to the BBB. I've also tried emailing which is what they tell you to do. Don't bother, they don't acknowledge emails either I've sent about 5 so far.

I like the pouches

I like the pouches. They seem to work. The complaint I have is that, I thought I was buying a bag of 12 pouches. It turns out, Sofyre turned that purchase into a subscription without informing me so that the following month, Sofyre charged my card again and is sending another order. That’s pretty shitty on their part. If I wanted another order I would have ordered another one. Sofyre lost me as a customer.

I did not sign up for autoship and notified the company to stop further shipments and they keep shipping. They have no customer service phone number …don’t do business with them

Save your money!!!

They get you with the buy 2, get one free deal, but they don't mention it's for automatic monthly delivery. I bought 2 bags and then got 2 more the next month. I couldn't get a refund for the unauthorized purchase, so I had to email them to cancel my subscription. However, before they did that, they charged 2 more bags and sent them to me! Then I thought... WTF? I already had them and used them. To my surprise, it doesn't work; mice and rats literally walk right past the bag like nothing. If it was because of the traps I placed everywhere, I wouldn't have been able to get rid of them. So, don't waste your money; save it and consider hiring a pest control professional.

Confusing at best. Malicious at worst.

Seeing another review that had a similar experience so this seems way more intentional than what I first expected.

Orders product. They sneakily put you in a monthly auto payment plan. First time I got charged an auto pay I tried to navigate their website. Super confusing and could t figure it out. Emailed their support and never got a response.

Got charged a third time. This time I finally figured out how to cancel. Didn’t realize I had an account cuz I ordered from Shopify. But it apparently to create one for you and when you get logged in it’s hard to find out how to cancel. They have several ‘are you sure’ prompts when you do find it.

I’m not even sure if their product worked.

Good product, poor business model.

While the product was effective short term, it came with an automatic monthly subscription. After trying the product for three months, we found it not worth the expense. The website makes it hard to find cancellation information and then draws out the process, making it extremely difficult to cancel. We found the business model to be unethical.
