Soilwizards Opiniones 

Last fall soil wizards did an irrational and brought top soil into my yard to help. To my surprise after about 45 days my grass started dieing. I called the company and Tiffany and Stephen came out. They informed me grubs were killing my grass, which I had no problem in my yard in the 4 years I have owned this house until they brought in the top soil. They indicated at that time they would make it right and I would have a luscious lawn by summer. They indicated that they would repair the lawn which was never done or scheduled. They were constantly spraying monthly and never came out to repair the lawn. So I informed them to cease all operations of spraying until the lawn repair is done. I now have major bare spots in my front and backyard all over spending more money to try and repair what I can. I will never use their services again

I contacted Soil Wizards for lawn fertilization and weed control last fall, 2024, when I moved into a new home. The service was bimonthly and cost 162.00 each visit.
I spoke with Tiffany several times and mentioned to her that my yard was not looking any better at all after several months. She said to wait until Spring, 2025, when it should look better.
By Spring,2025, the yard looked worse than ever. I spent 30 minutes to an hour every morning pulling weeds that should have been taken care of by their “service”.
I mentioned this to “Jesus” each time he came out. He told me to stop pulling the weeds and he would make an extra trip to just focus on the weeds.
The service showed up a week early in May, 2025, when they were scheduled for the first week in June. 2025. I thought it was strange, but ok. I paid for that early visit.
They then showed up a MONTH early- July 3rd, when they weren’t supposed to show up until August 1st. I work at home and am constantly on the phone. Before I could get out in the yard, they had walked around the yard and sprayed FOUR weeds. Yes, FOUR weeds in the entire yard. He then walked around with a hand “sifter” and dropped a few granules around a few places in the yard…not even in the entire yard.
After I could get off the phone, I ran out to the yard and asked him why he was here a month early. He said “The other guy was let go because he didn’t know what he was doing”. He then proceeded to hand me another bill for 162.00! I called Soil Wizards immediately and spoke with “Tiffany”. I told her that under no circumstances is Soil Wizards to use my card for this “service”. She said OK. I checked two days later, and yes, they had used my card for the unauthorized transaction. I called Soil Wizards and spoke with a rude woman, Roxanne. She said “Well, the yard is not supposed to get green when we fertilize it!” Wow! I told her that I did not authorize the charge and that they had shown up a month early. She said she would have to “speak with her boss and he will call you”. He never called. This has to be one of the most dishonest companies I’ve dealt with since moving to the Ocala area. Their service is inferior. They have no idea what they are doing and they used my card after I told them not to. I had to dispute the charge on my card. This turned out to be a very time consuming ordeal with the disreputable and incompetent group of people. Do not use this company.
