After reading the reviews, I decided to order and give it a try. Horrible service. Ordered $32 worth of products from them and received nothing but a sample. When I emailed the proof to ask why they simply told me it is sold out and only offered a refund when I brought up this issue. If I haven't emailed them, I wouldn't have gotten my refund.

They refunded me short of $2. It's not about the money, it's the inconsistency. I emailed them again, and it has been no reply for 13 hours. #scam #fraud

I've been following this website and blog and I've learned so much useful information about Korean skin care as well as skin care in general. It really inspired me to take better care of my skin. Also, the shop is very active on social media always feeding you with news and information and interacting with its followers via polls and questions. You'll get to learn a lot! I can see that the owner Charlotte is truly passionate about skin care giving this site so much more than just being a shop. I've tried several products that are offered in this shop and I've been loving Korean skin care for 3 basic reasons: reasonably priced, really working but less vicious and more subtle than western skincare (at least for me). I wish I can try more products from this website in future!

Their website is once again just a delight to browse, with a pleasing color palette and layout that makes shopping an easy, stress-free and joyful experience. Plus, Korean skin and beauty products are famous for their quality, making everything here an absolute bargain! I've always had problems with pimples, oily nose, chin, and forehead, and periodic redness which I have battled with American and European skincare products with mixed success. I find it extremely difficult not to pop my pimples, especially when they're causing me pain. But the products on Soko Glam, about which the website often includes helpful and informative videos, make me believe and hold on to hope, that by using one of the extensive, but simple Korean skin care routines, I can eventually achieve the clear, blemish free, and soft skin I've fantasized about.
