Solar Panels London Opiniones

Excellent service and advice. Very professional, pleasant and courteous. The engineer who installed my new inverter and battery was great -diligent, competent and very helpful.
I am very pleased with the improved performance I have after being completely underwhelmed by my first system installed 10 years ago. I may need some follow up advice during the winter months and am confident that I will get it promptly and easily.

Very friendly staff, excellent service, very pleased with the job.

I first met Mark at solar Panels London when i needed a certification under the new government rules. They were the only company who would help me as two of the original installers went bankrupt. no one else would take me on.
Then I had an electrical fault on my mains supply that burnt me out. I had a quote from one company who didn't turn up to instal.
Fortunately for me, it was my yearly check up with SPL ltd and they guided me through the minefield of my burnt out system. I have been taken to the cleaners with battery's etc that were not up to spec. I now have a company who looks after me and my solar system is now working better than before. no down time from tech that was not designed to work together either. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful that i have encountered. I feel like I'm finally, after 10 years, in safe hands.

I had a solar system and Battery installed at my Mother’s house by Solar Panels. Marcus and his team were really Great. They kept us informed throughout the installation process. I am very happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about installing Solar panels. Excellent company and trustworthy.

Mark was very informative and took the time to reassure our concerns and answered our questions

The team, particularly Anna were lovely to deal with, gave me a decent price, and went above and beyond to ensure it was all sorted and even helped me move supplier and ring the new supplier to get things sorted

I recently had a battery installed by Solar Panels. The engineer who installed it did an excellent job and I am already enjoying the benefits of cheaper electricity. Solar Panels also arranged for my thermal solar panels to be inspected and maintained. I am also pleased to have had this done as it was some years since they had last been checked. Very pleased to have dealt with a reliable company like Solar Panels.

Ivan is the man he worked his little socks off. He came on a Sunday all on his own and removed the Solar panels and heater for the water, said he would be back next day but due to heavy rain came when the rain stopped and worked on the back of the roof taking tiles off and replacing the felt then put the tiles back on making it water proof before he went home, told me every thing he was doing and showed me pictures of the roof. came back and finished the front roof having to fit a few new tiles cleaned everything down and he worked until 7.30pm then came to tell me every thing was done and was i pleased with it he also arranged for the scaff to come down the next day.
If i had any problems I phoned Mark who was very pleasant and said he would phone me back in five min.
which he did twice .all in all very pleased with the company and the staff I would Trust them to do any more work for me Thanks Guysxxx

Solar Panels London have been amazing from start to finish. I cannot fault Mark, Ivan, and the rest of the team. If you ever need work done, ask for Ivan — you won’t be disappointed. He is extremely thorough, keeps you updated throughout the job, and works in a very clean and tidy manner.

I asked lots of questions, and Ivan was always happy to answer them. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Overall, a 5-star service. I would definitely recommend Solar Panels London for roofing work and anything related to solar panels.

So that new roof tiles could be fitted my 7 solar panels were removed and put back afterwards.
This family firm then sent men to check it all. In the loft a device needed replacing, and a fire-safety device added.
3 days later another man, Ivan, thoroughly cleaned the panels and put wire-netting around them to stop any potential damage from birds. The previous day a food delivery man had almost dropped the cardboard box at the pavement end of my drive, resulting in a bag of very small seeds splitting. Too late I realised they were in all the nooks and crannies of the drive, and Ivan very kindly power-washed them away.
On the 16th another man, Ilya, came to fit a new device in the loft and add a fire-safety one. I mentioned that the boss had told me on the 2nd that all Growatt devices needed to be removed from the house due to a new law coming in to that effect at the end of March, because of the fire risk from their lithium batteries. Once the work in the loft had been done, Ilya postponed another appointment to move the 2 Growatts the other side of the wall, into the garage. So kind.
From the boss to his sons they were all very amiable, helpful, hard-working men, who didn't rush this old lady and did an excellent job, with great respect and efficiency. Highly recommended.

They have given me great assistance. They are all very genial, a pleasure to deal with.

The team at Solar Panels London have been extremely easy to work with, very patient with our changing timescales and open and transparent with their (extremely competitive) pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Mark, the assessor is very polite, not at all 'pushy' & explained clearly the process & requirements.
The installation did not go quite as smoothly as hoped due to staffing shortages but Marcus resolved the problem & kept me informed throughout. the installation was completed with minimal disruption and no mess. I got the impression the the whole company had my best interests at heart.
All in all a very pleasant experience at a reasonable price & would recommend Solar Panels - London to anyone

For being honest and straight forward.
Mark spent time informing me what to expect from the equipment I have and also contacted British Gas for me.
He is welcome any time, Thank you.

I rang with an issue with my batteries. After an initial delay, Ana organised for Marcus to do a home visit within an hour. He sorted the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent service, I will use them again

Very happy with the service from this family run company. We had issues after the inverter was fitted which they supported us with and promptly sorted out.
