The information given to me before the installation was very thorough and showed that this system being installed would suit my home situation. The installers came on the day that they said they would come, were very efficient, placed the battery where we wanted it to be and cleaned up after. The price for the Solar battery was very competitive and helped in my decision to purchase from the Solar Battery Group. The Company contacted me after the installation to check that I was happy and if I had any concerns. The men who installed the battery were very helpful and cleaned up well when the job was complete.

I felt their service was welcoming, not pushy at all. The decision to use their company, was all my own. Answered all my questions, so I understood. The technicians that came and did the insulation of the battery.

Battery was available for installation in very short timeframe. Cost effective storage solution with latest battery technology. Installation team came on time and where very professional and the battery was commissioned two days later. Highly recommend SBG, they came through when our original supplier could not supply battery in timeframe required.

Very good experience, after adding the solar batteries we being a family of 6 members and sometimes other family members also join us from overseas.

However we consume almost all of the electricity at night which was getting stored in the battery during day time, this has made our monthly electricity bills negligible.

Now we save money on our monthly bills becoming negligible as this installation also has become our long-term investment.

Great to deal with. Very communicative and patient given I had a LOT to learn. Installation happened faster than I thought and the install team was very professional. I can already see the difference in my bill.

The company arranged installation quickly. The Installers were polite and courteous. The installation only took a few hours, and we were not without power for more than a few minutes. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving the site the same as it was when they arrived.

Solar Battery Group were prompt with their responses, helpful with information and I was happy with the price I was quoted for a 15kWh battery. I didn't need to apply for the substantial rebates either - it was all done for me.

I rate the local installer that SBG arranged (Econ Electrical and Data) very highly too.

As a bonus, after the installation was all arranged, I was asked if I'd like to take up an earlier installation date that had become available - and I did take that up.

The installation was very quick and efficient, including setting up the Blackout option that I'd asked for. I enjoyed the free app for the ESS Alpha Battery too.

The installation was March 9 2026 . The battery does not work nor has it ever worked . I have called almost daily since and sent email communication and attempted to complain and they have never responded . Every call has resulted , after almost an hour , in the person giving false information - stating they will call me back and that they have scheduled a technician visit - this has never happened . They refuse to put me through to a supervisor - it is the worst post installation service I have ever experienced . I currently have paid over $8000 and they take drawn down the federal
Funding and they not only not provided the goods and service but they seem to have a policy of not communicating - I am appalled and urge all to avoid them - I will be taking it further - still no functioning battery on April 15 2026

The initial install went fine. They were quite happy to have follow up calls to try and sell additional services. I even purchased an additional battery. Unfortunately my battery has failed. It is impossible to contact technical support. It is always hold music until disconnect or a promise of a call back. They promised to have contacted manufacturer. Three weeks and still no resolution. Be careful when selecting this supplier. Check to see if other companies have a better support department. The Complaint Policy link on their web page returns a 404 error so you cannot even lodge a complaint! I may have a very expensive wall ornament. Would not recommend.

Arrived on the day and at the time they said they would. Installation team was efficient and friendly and left the site clean and tidy. I had one issue regarding the quoted price but that was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
