Perfect for on-the-go sun protection! I am so happy with the Solar Buddies applicator. It is incredibly easy to use, and my baby is completely comfortable with me applying sun cream to her skin with it, no fuss at all!
The design is brilliant. It’s compact, lightweight, and so much easier to just pop into the changing bag compared to a bulky, messy bottle of sunscreen. I highly recommend it to any parent looking to make sun cream application stress-free.

Amazing product from a great company, we now have 4 so that we have them in school bags, handbag and holiday bag. Great for me and my daughter to apply especially at school as there is no mess from a bottle

Ive just received mine and I love them! I bought the pack of 3 for my 3 girls (5, 5 and 3) and they have found them so easy to use! Great value for money, Iwould urge other parents to get these as well! They will be taking them to school which will be a lot easier for them than a bottle of suncream.

Great way to put sunscreen on so fast. I have had people ask me about it and I always recommend. A little pricey but good option for kids.

Great product, mess free. Easy for my girls to use and makes applying sun cream so much quicker. My girls 7&9 have one each and they like putting them in their handbags when going out. Encourages them to reapply. I’ve used it too and family members have asked about the product too.

Fabulous sun cream rollers for little hands. Our 5 year old used his buddie immediately and really enjoyed rolling on his own suncream, even on his face. Saves so much struggling to put suncream on!

Prompt delivery. I bought this for several reasons, firstly, I have been diagnosed with melanoma and secondly, I have Asperger’s and a sensory problem with applying greasy things to my skin. Also when I have to continually reapply I am not always near water to clean my hands, I found this to be a good solution.

Truthfully these are a game changer- they make putting lotion on a kid a much more pleasant experience! I also love how you only use what you need. Husband works outside so he has one too.

Bought for 4yo to have in nursery as they have to apply their own sun cream. This is pretty much mess free and simple for him to use.

Easy to order fast delivery deal on more than 1 item still works out a little pricey however as its a branded original product thats why there are knock offs available but not as good quality as the original ones 😊

As a grandma i bought these for the boys as they love being different,these buddies are easy to use and they can do it theirselves.

My daughter has ADHD and autism so putting sun cream was a nightmare solar buddies is a game changer you just fill up and spread it over your body my daughter started doing it herself at the age of 2, now we wouldn’t be without one and the fact you can buy new rollers is even better we did try other brands but this one was the best hands down I’ve had mine since she was 2 she’s 7 now and I’ve only just now changed the roller ball part.

Speedy service, great communication and the product is perfect. Our granddaughter is now happy to have her sun cream applied 😊

I looked at Solar Buddies on Amazon, but decided to look for their website to see if there was a greater range - and there was, at a better price!! I loved the choice of bottles and that they have clips to put on the bags; I have adhd and it’s great to be able to look at a glance at my kids’ bags that they have their sunscreen rather than rooting through their bags for the 5th time. I love the area where you you can write their names on the bottle - I don’t need to find a name sticker!! And finally, I love how my kids love the novelty of the solar buddy, the way the kids are drawn to put their sunscreen on to show off to their friends and finally I love that they can do it themselves so easily!! Phew!! So many good things!!
Oh and I love how quickly the solar buddies came when I did order them!!

Total lack of communication regarding delivery failure.

Whilst I appreciate reviews are often about the product, I feel it is necessary to highlight a significant lack of customer service. I ordered three Solar Buddies, but on 18th April, Royal Mail provided proof of delivery showing a stranger at an unfamiliar property.

I emailed Solar Buddies immediately on their "Hello@SolarBuddies" email address to report this, but received no reply. I was forced to contact Royal Mail myself to lodge a complaint and eventually managed to have the parcel rerouted. Once it arrived, I emailed Solar Buddies a second time to let them know the issue was resolved, but also to express my profound disappointment that my initial plea for help was entirely unacknowledged.

It is frustrating to receive daily marketing emails whilst a genuine customer issue is ignored. I expected a smaller business to prioritise support, but the total silence I received suggests otherwise. I will not be using this company again.

A waste of money, used it once and then roller stuck you then had to rub really hard to get ball working, threw it in the bin
