From start to finish the service that SolarFrame give is second to none. From when they first came out to measure up to the surveying and fitting, they keep you informed with all the scheduling. They even send you the names of the fitters before they arrive. The surveyor offered professional advice on things we were unsure of. Julia, in the office kept in touch all the way through ensuring that everything came together as planned.

The two fitters who came to install the doors where excellent polite and clean they cleaned up afterwards which to me is a sign of good craftsmanship thankyou lads.

From initial contact to completion of installation I found the company to be completely professional. My wife and myself are over the moon with the quality of both the doors and windows and were impressed with the expert way in which they were installed. An excellent job and an excellent company.

a good experience first time but not the second time for an external door fitting. We chose solarframe the second time for our new front door as the back door we had fitted was very happy with.
Workmen took 3 hours to do a sub standard job and i wasn't happy with the fit
There were multiple problems with the fitting and the lock on the door was really stiff and was nearly breaking the key trying to unlock the door, we only found this after fitters left as I only tried the locking the door from inside before they went which was ok.
The sill was damaged too and the silicone sealant work was a mess.
Kat in the office was very helpful in arranging for an engineer to come out, who after he finished couldn't do all the amendments that needed doing and he was moaning about being late to his next customer. Then they booked in another engineer who managed to put things right, including adding foam insulation between the gap under the trims as the original fitters didn't bother putting this in. It took quite a few weeks and then i was chased up for the rest of the money we owed the same day it was sorted.
One great experience to a bad one, I personally wouldn't use solarframe again after this fitting but it all depends on the fitters too. We went with them and paid more to get a job well done, getting things sorted though was ok but it should have been OK the first time.

We had a solid roof fitted to our conservatory. It was just to hot to use in the summer. A solid roof will make it a usable room all year round.
The roof looks amazing and I could not be happier with the work. These roofs are not cheap. You have to remember the amount of work and materials involved. It really is a professional job. We had roof fitters, an electrician and plasterers.
We can't wait to get in there and use this room now. We can already feel the difference.

This job was top-notch. Had two doors fitted front and back, in duck egg green, by fitters James and Conor. Couldn't fault the workmanship two very pleasant guys who couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend SolarFrame. All the staff at their premises. were perfect with us.

Great experience & service, from first visiting the showroom to final sign off. No pushy sales techniques encouraged us to arrange a designer to visit. He designed a bespoke garden studio to suit our budget & the order was placed. Great communication from Kat, our co-ordinator & big shout out to Andy & Carl our fitters. Couple of slight issues were quickly dealt with by Kat, with regular updates provided, & the finished project looks fantastic. Very pleased all round

Straight forward company to deal with. Kept informed about each stage of replacing our glass conservatory roof with a tiled one.
The office staff and the team that did our work were all helpful, polite and friendly.

Firstly I think the windows are a good product. The sales rep offered us a newly occurring time slot which was right before we had a holiday, so prompt fulfilment was “of the essence”.
Everything went like clockwork. The installers were quick and unobtrusive.
The finished job looks good, and is already noticeably quieter.
If I had to nitpick I would say some of the final sealant is generously applied rather than neatly, but this is not hard for me to sort out. (One spill of sealant on a carpet was quickly and completely removed).

Great to see the options at the showroom, made all the difference to see the actual product. Everything went like clockwork from the purchase to the installation.

This is the second time we used Solarframe. They replaced our windows three years ago. This time we asked them to add a window in the kitchen and widen the one in our sitting room. This was not an easy job, our house is 150 years old with 20” thick stone walls. Solarframe rose to the occasssion by providing diligent and hardworking builders to create the spaces in the walls and returning to fit new windows and complete the job with plastering and finishing. The job was not without problems, understandably, but Solarframe stuck with it to resolve them and provided an excellent final outcome. We are very happy

Having a new build extension to our home was a new experience for us. SolarFrame had been recommended by family and the fact that the project would be managed, spurred us on to contact them. Dave Barrow was very helpful. We showed him the architect’s plan drawn up 5 years earlier which he adapted to the use of their sustainable products and to the latest technology.
SolarFrame then dealt with surveying and applying for planning permission. Our go to contact Julie kept us updated and from the first day we cannot praise the builders who were excellent! They made sure everything flowed and kept the area tidy, my husband was very impressed with the brickwork! It wasn’t long before the shell was up and insulated with sky lights and patio doors. The Electrician was not long after giving us choices but sharing the advantages/disadvantages so we could make an informed decision. In 2 days the plasterers did a superb and professional job. Finally, SolarFrame sent their technician to clean up the frames and windows and finish off anything that was needing attention. Thank you All for making our dream even better than we had imagined.

The whole experience of using SolarFrame to fit our solid, tiled conservatory roof and new windows has been faultless. Everyone we dealt with at SolarFrame has been friendly and knowledgeable and has consistently done what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Big thanks to the installers Dean and Dayne, Gary the electrician, Terry's plastering team and Chris the Technician. All of them worked really hard to a very high standard. Not to forget Kat who coordinated it all and kept us updated daily. I would highly recommend SolarFrame.

Absolutely blown away by the service from Solarframe! From the very first visit, Sajid was absolutely incredible – he didn’t just measure up, he walked me through every option for styles and colours, and even asked questions I’d never even considered. That level of care was exactly why I chose Solarframe over other companies I had quotes from. All down to Sajid!

Wayne then came out for a few final checks, and I was introduced to Connor, my installation coordinator, who kept me updated every step of the way. It honestly made the whole process feel effortless and stress-free.

When it came to fitting, Johne and Perry were amazing – so friendly, approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. They answered all my questions I had also!

The result looks incredible, and I can’t stop admiring my new windows and doors! I had 12 windows, 3 doors and French doors fitted. If you’re thinking about upgrading, seriously – go with Solarframe. They’ve absolutely smashed it.
