Our install was a large home system of 56 panels
Our install was a large home system. The company started the installation on the day it was due and finished on time. The installers were very professional, they took the time to explain what they were doing and what the install entailed. They also explained in layman's terms, how the system worked and what to look for when monitoring the system. I am also pleased that Solargain upgraded the system with new design panels at no charge. The system has been operating for about 3 months with no issues. They also worked with our power company to get the rebate started. Just a complete package from start to finish.

We used Solargain and the install crew…
We used Solargain and the install crew was very efficient and polite, the job only took a few hours and they did a great job cleaning up any residual rubbish.
The electrician explained how the system worked and then the Solargain team advised of a login for the App to monitor the system.
We used Solargain as they are a local company and we can just drop in and have a chat if we have any future questions.
Great service.

“Solar gain best in the Game”
The service we received at solar gain was fantastic from the time of enquiry
to the finished installation. The whole process was explained so we could understand the process , options given as to price and size of system . An overall easy and satisfactory process.
Our system has been operating now for three months .The solar output has been fantastic, selling on up to sometimes 40 kw on a good ,clear day,better than expected from a 6 kw 20 panel system.
The service from Matt and Jeremy, the installation, price, advice, quality have all been 10/10. Go no where else if you want a great no hassle system.
Solar gain best in the game should be their motto.

I have used Solargain in the past and again this time to upgrade my solar PV. I have always found them to be professional and efficient. My latest upgrade went extremely smooth and the technicians worked tirelessly all day to perform the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solargain for PV or hot water installations.

Friendly and helpful sales staff.
Office staff were helpful and curteous.
Installation team were professional and on point.
Questions/concerns were all addressed timely and well.
Am more than happy with the end result with the system delivering well above expectation.
My only major gripe was booking the installation itself.
I found this process incredibly frustrating; forced to reschedule on 3 occasions, further compounded by delays in communications given time differences between east/west coast.
Bar the above, was a great experience.
