Solar Generation Opiniones

Really impressed with the customer service, and couldn’t be happier with the panels. Thank you.

An easy company to work with, quick and efficient, always at the end of the phoneline to answer questions. Good at helping you choose best for your needs.

Whole process smooth and informative. Any queries always dealt with promptly.
Very satisfied to date.

Serious, reliable and professional!
All money very well spent. Solar generation have been helpful and trustworthy since the very first moment I contacted them. The products supplied are advanced technology, installed by professional people and easy to use.
I definitely recommend them!

great fast and efficient service from start to finish

Professional, attentive and friendly service from start to finish. A small problem with the fixing of PV panels was resolved promptly. A very neat installation with scope to add additional panels in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solar Generation

Solar Generation dealt with all the paperwork, incl seai grant. Installation was so quick and no disturbance to the household. Only lose a star because we couldn't remember all we were told about the control panel, and had to look for instructions. But they respond very quickly to a call or email. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of getting solar panels! Thank you!

Very quick, reliable. Informative and helpful. Work was done very quickly with minimal disruption. Would recommend them.

Fast, efficient service. Nice friendly team keeping us informed at every stage. ☺️

Had a bit of a hiccup due to a member of staff leaving the company which lead to a breakdown in communications but everything was resolved satisfactorily in the end. Pay back period would appear to be optimistic but overall the product is working grand hence four stars.

To say we are delighted with our solar panels is an understatement. Everyone in solar regeneration has been amazing. Our electric bill has come way down and even in the winter months we have saved money.
Everything was explained to us and recommended what was best for us as we have air to water installed and they helped us size the battery to suit our needs. The installation of the panels was done in a day and the installation of the battery was done in one more day. We can see our usage on the app and we are more aware of our usage of electricity.
They helped us through the grant process and this was a great help.
We would just like to say a huge thanks to a wonderful team and it was a pleasure to keep it local during the crazy year of 2020.

This company, Solar Generation, based in Strandhill in Co. Sligo were a joy to deal with. From the initial inspection of our property, to the configuring of an appropriate system, and the final product installation, the whole process was a breeze. We were kept regularly informed and updated about the next steps, and from first call to actually having a working system seemed to take very little time. It has been working away for over six months now and you just forget that it's there. We also had an electric car charger installed by them at the same time and they helped continuously with the SEAI grant application. Nothing was too much bother, despite our numerous newbie queries, and their communication policy is something many other, much larger companies could learn from. I would happily report 100% satisfaction with this company.

A very professional job work completed and operating on same day. Cost benefit analysis cannot be calculated till 1 year completed.

I would highly recommend Solar Generation. They were great value & excellent customer service.

from the first inquiry to the system being operational was clear, upfront, courteous, and speedy. The service included applying for the government grant and help with installing the monitoring app. The panel installers and the electrician couldn't have been nicer or faster doing their work!

Excellent and very professional service throughout.
Every detail explained in layman’s terms when initially enquired about systems and no pressure or pushing to purchase at all.
Work carried out without a hiccup and and covid measures were taken very seriously and professionally. All installations were completed in a neat and accommodating manner and all waste/rubbish taken away and you wouldn’t know anyone was at the house at all.
Excellent app and any questions since were answered very promptly and satisfactorily.
Really is a non invasive system and we had fitted on roof and love the panels as they hide our fading slates.

Excellent service, answered all questions, would recommend them

From Salespeople to installers to follow up service - couldn't be more happier. Explained everything in detail - answered all our questions (even the stupid ones!!) - installation was ahead of schedule. Emails always answered (even late at night!).
Had a fault in the battery - when reported, dealt with swiftly and full battery was replaced.
Professional, friendly staff - no hesitation in recommending them.

Great company to deal with. The product is good, the sales pitch was realistic, the installation went well and it has been working perfectly ever since. We'll need a full year to see how much the solar panels save us but initial indications are good and in line with the sales pitch.
