Solar Generation Opiniones

It is with great joy that I wholeheartedly recommend Solar Generation to everyone. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, and I experienced zero stress when it came to handling the formalities. Every team involved—from the office staff who supported me via email to the roofers and electricians—demonstrated complete professionalism. The work was carried out smoothly, and now I’m enjoying clean, green energy. I truly and warmly recommend them to all!

Customer service post installion has been horrendous. Have rang on several occasions and was told someone would ring me back to deal with the issue but still waiting on that phone call.
If you have a problem with your system, it seems they don't want to know.

I found the Solar Generation team very efficient and actually had my solar panels installed over a week before the scheduled date. The installation was very quick and efficient; less than one full day. If I have any slight issue it's around the equipment dropping internet signal. I can usually get it sorted eventually but can sometimes be time consuming and a little irritating. However the first time it happen Solar Gen did send someone out to help me so that was a very supportive service.

Efficient service at every stage of the process.
A friendly and helpful team.
Great after-sales help in explaning the system and how to use it efficiently.

Recently we had the team from Solar Generation work at our home over two days. Besides the excellent job done, which it is, they were the most patient (dog barking his head off!) funny, hard working crew. Would highly recommend.

Great job done by the roofers and the electricians. No mess left behind and great after sales service.

From the first phone call, over the installation of our solar system, up to the upgrade to an off grid solution the whole team has always been reliable, professional, friendly. These guys really know their business. I can recommend them without any doubt.

The panel’s were fitted when solar generation said they would be and the guys fitting them were very good and easy to talk to about the panel lay out on the roof. The panels are working great. The guys fitted Batteries since which is a great addition to the system so Thanks to all the staff.
