I recently used the team for work on my PV system, and I couldn't be more impressed. They are professional, efficient, and completely dedicated to delivering great service. Their communication was brilliant, and they carry out their work with real integrity and skill. Highly recommended!

I phoned this company on the Thursday morning as our meter wasnt working. The lady on reception was very helpful and booked us in the following day. I had a confirmation email and text with details of engineers name. Later that Thursday the engineer called to say he could visit us that day as near the area. Arrived on time and sorted out the problem replaced our inverter and all working. Would definitely recomend this company.

Good approach to the job. Fully conversant with the setup. Good explanation of the system and where the problem was. Able to provide spare parts and solve the problem on the spot. The only down side was the price of the components which was substantial. The workmanship was very good and the follow up with the customer was very good. Thoroughly recommended.

And relax! My dependable thermal solar panel system has been superb over the years. Was not made aware that it needed servicing by original installer, but a site visit showed we needed a new pump, a flush and new glycol. All completed in good time and system working well. Life saver. Thank you to James.

Quick response and fixed the issue quickly would recommend if you have issues with Solar panels

£495 (inc VAT) for maintenance and labor ecluding parts. Quoted £169 for a pump (matched median price everywhere in retail) uncomplcated visit.

The engineer turned up on time, was polite and professional. He tested the system and informed us that parts of the system were not performing as they should but that he’d carried out a ‘re-set’. Sadly since then, the system still isn’t working.

Very reliable professional company that I would recommend to anyone needing repairs and servicing on their Solar panels.

SMAR responded to my request for a maintenance service to our solar system with speed. They also found the inverter was not producing & gave a quote for a replacement for a 3.6kw inverter. One point, SMAR supplied & fitted a 3kw inverter. The Engineers that attended were very polite & appeared to know their stuff. I would recommend.

Solar Maintenance and Repairs provided a professional, informative and attentive service conducting a general survey and maintenance check on solar panels in a property I recently moved into. Having minimal knowledge of the solar panel system they took time to explain the features in a clear manner and gave a clear assessment of potential issues and potential actions for maintenance. I would definitely request their services again.

We had an appointment booked for 11am, however, the engineer (James) messaged me to say he was running late and was hoping to be with me for 12.30. He arrived at the revised time and once he had informed me of what de-commissioning the solar thermal system entailed he proceeded with the job. James carried out the work in good time and cleared all de-commissioned gear away leaving site clean and tidy. I received two follow up calls from James checking that everything was okay within the loft space, where a vent from the solar panel had been left to allow any glycol residue to evaporate off.
