Solartek Films Opiniones

The company were very helpful from the point of first contacting them, sending samples for us to consider, they were available to speak with and answer any questions we had. The installation was carried out within a week of placing the order, the installation team, Max and Steve, were very professional and did a great job with the installation, cleaning up as they went along. We are very happy with the installation.

From start of ordering to work done it was very quick. Julian and Jon did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with finish.

Very knowledgeable team, possible options explained, friendly installer, good results.

We had Solartek Birdstrike Window Film installed to one of our windows as a trial, as I was sceptical as to how clear it would be.

Having had it fitted a few weeks now I can say that we don't even realise it is in there; the clarity is remarkable.

We will be having the remaining windows similarly coated in due course.

Good communications and a fast response. Most of all, the reflective window film has made a big difference in reducing what used to be unbearable heat in our kitchen extension. Furthermore, the installation was incredibly quick and hassle-free.

We have used Solartek for years .
Not only has their work kept to a high standard for all that time , they know what is required for each and every specific job .
They truly know their field inside and out .
Can not rate them highly enough.

I highly recommend Solartek. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly and efficient.
Many thanks to Ben for his helpful advice and guidance in choosing the most suitable window film for my flat. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I really appreciated his expertise.
A special thank you to Julian, who did a wonderful job with the installation. He was punctual, courteous, meticulous and clearly takes great pride in his work. It was a pleasure to have him in my home, and the quality of his workmanship was excellent.
I'm already noticing the benefits of the window film, particularly during this spell of very hot weather. The rooms feel noticeably more comfortable while still remaining bright.
Professional service all the way through, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solartek to anyone considering window film. Thank you again to the whole team!

We had a problem with a vaulted glazed window that allowed the bright sunshine into the room. We contacted Solartek films upon recommendation and we are not disappointed in any way.
Surveyor came to assess the job, quotation given and accepted, fitter attended as arranged , job done and problem sorted. Great job and would recommend this company.

Excellent service from solartek ! From speaking to the costings and carrying out the works , no stress and very professional!

Julian did an amazing job for us, he was polite, friendly and most of all professional from start to finish. He came back to do the frosted squares and left everything looking superb. Now our recptionists can have a clear view without being blinded by the sun. 10/10.

Excellent service from everyone in the office. Julian did an outstanding job with the window film installation. We can highly recommend Solartek and will definitely use them again in future.

Efficient and friendly. Went out of their way to fulfil my requirements. Would highly recommend.

Quick, efficient and very helpful - very happy

We recently had solar window film installed on our patio doors by Solartek Films Ltd, and we are extremely pleased with the result. From the very beginning, the sales team were knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to deal with, clearly explaining the different film options and what would work best for our home. There was no pressure, just good advice. The installer was excellent – very professional, efficient, and incredibly tidy. He took great care while working in our home and left everything spotless once the job was finished.Since the film has been installed, the difference in the room temperature is very noticeable. The space is now much cooler and more comfortable during sunny days. We have also noticed that our furniture and flooring are no longer fading, which was a big concern for us before. An unexpected benefit came recently when we had an attempted break-in through the patio doors. Thankfully the glass held together because of the film, and the intruder was unable to gain entry. That alone has given us great peace of mind.Overall, we are very impressed with the quality of the product, the professionalism of the team, and the added comfort and security the film provides. We would highly recommend Solartek Films Ltd to anyone considering window film.

From the initial contact with Ben to the after care email from Natasha the whole experience has been exceptional. Very professional with a full breakdown of advice and requirements that meets our needs not just based on selling the most expensive.

I wanted smart film fitted on the floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows in my new-build apartment.
Solartek sent someone out to do an initial view of the property/windows, where they described the process and took videos of the space for their records.
They gave an initial quote off the back of this and once I agreed to proceed, I paid a small non-refundable survey fee and then they sent the same person with a helper to take detailed measurements of the windows and identify the right location for the power equipment (in a cupboard, involving drilling through a wall).
Finally, I paid half for the window templates and once they were ready I paid the rest and the same team spent an entire day installing the film on 3 windows (6 panes).
They started about 8am, finished around 8pm.
I'm very happy with the result - I can make my windows completely opaque with the flick of a switch.

I had never tried using window film before and Ben gave me great advice on how much to buy and how to apply the film. Very friendly and efficient service - the order arrived the next day in good condition. Would definitely recommend.

From an unbearably hot trio of almost unusable rooms to cool in a day! The window film is utterly remarkable and fitted so quickly and expertly. I cannot recommend this enough

We had the Bird Strike Prevention film fitted to our conservatory by Solartek. Before we had it fitted, we were getting a bird hitting the windows and dying at least once a week, on a bad week birds were hitting the windows and dying/being stunned most days. Although we’ve only had the film fitted about 6 weeks ago, not one bird has hit the windows since, it really is remarkable. The company have been great to deal with, very professional with good and prompt communications, and the fitters were great. Although the Bird Strike Prevention film is not cheap, it really does work, and I would have no hesitation in recommending it or Solartek to others.
