two weeks after the originally agreed completion date tried to offer less than original offer. They knew I was desperate to sell and absolutely took advantage. This is a house that has had numerous valuations at 240-250 which they were getting for 180!

They have an excellent client service and are really perseverant but their commission is too high. they promised to pay every extra cost as we had to leave our house earlier but at the end they only paid accommodation and we had to pay storage and parking where we were staying which was quite expensive.
They waited to the last minute to arrange everything so we had no choice and that is what we did not like at all.

Delighted with the service received and happy with the outcome provided by Charlie and the team. Thanks for a quick and easy completion when needed the most. Will happily use you again in the future.

Dont trust this company. Price was agreed. I appointed solicitors thank goodness - thus incurring costs. Promised several completion dates and was strung along for weeks. Their Solictors didnt reply to questions Absolutely awful waste of time.

Charlie really excelled himself helping sell my home quickly and guided me through the whole process (as this was my first home). He worked around the clock to provide an excellent service, which was a massive help as I work full time, couldn’t thank him enough. He made selling my home easy and stress free :) highly recommend

I recently had to sell my home due to a messy divorce. The service from Sold in a day was impeccable. in particular dealing with Charlie was excellent, he was professional and caring at all time and made a very difficult situation a little bit more bareable.
