I purchased via eBay brand new Nike premium Pegasus, I had them sent to my mum address, unfortunately I then has to have surgery so never got to wear them for a few months. They were brand new and the air bubble had gone on the left shoe so was totally useless. I informed knowing would not get a refund as was 4 months from purchase even though could see was still brand new but more see if they offered a gesture or something, they just responded saying sorry over 30 days nothing we can do, so I said would leave feedback accordingly and they decided to block me on eBay. For me check every item straight away properly as they obviously don’t. Secondly if you want awful customer service then buy from them, if you want great customer service that take ownership shop somewhere else.

this company is amazing, i’ve ordered so many trainers from them for such good value.
last time ive ordered on thursday and received them on friday! only minus is the fact that their courier company is evri and we all know how they tend to be. but overall good no issues at all

Had some fantastic trainers but the £60 95s are no more they keep increasing the price and the quality is going down when complaining the company says send them back causing more of a carbon footprint rather than working with the customers to resolve. They allso have neutral and negative feedback removed so don't trust what your reading after all these are partners of jd group!!!

i have so far bought 3 pairs of nikes off them (via ebay)

2 pairs of 270s at £44 and a pair of 95s for £60

all with the most minor flaws that they ended up being returned or factory rejected including a few creases and a bit of excess glue

iv saved an absolute fortune so far and keep looking out for more pairs
