Knew what they were doing
We used Solid Hook for a machinery move at our manufacturing facility in the GTA. From the first call, it was clear they deal with this type of work regularly — not a general moving company trying to handle industrial equipment.
They took time to understand the space, how our production floor operates, and what could and couldn’t be disrupted. The crew showed up prepared, explained the steps before starting, and worked methodically throughout the move. Everything was handled safely and placed where it needed to go.
What stood out most was how comfortable they were working around active equipment and tight clearances. No rushing, no guesswork. You could tell the team has real hands-on experience with machinery and rigging.
Overall, a professional, dependable crew that understands industrial environments. We’d use them again when we need similar work done.

Thanks, Mich — appreciate you taking the time to share this.
Glad everything went smoothly and that our approach and planning stood out. Working in active industrial spaces always requires coordination, and it was great dealing with a team that made that process straightforward on their end as well.
Thanks again for trusting us with the move. We’d be happy to help again when the need comes up.
