We have had no communication from yourself to advise us that you have not received this order only this review 20 days after the order.
Having checked the order, it states DELIVERED 2nd Nov 2023 with tracking GG542705720GB https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/GG542705720GB
You will see that there is a photo showing an open front door where your postman had delivered this with the GPS Coordinates of your address that your postman had entered.
We emailed you the tracking ref on the 31st Oct
We emailed you on the 1st Nov to advise that Royal Mail were delivering on the 2nd Nov
We emailed you on the 2nd Nov to advise that Royal Mail had delivered the parcel to you
We can put a complaint in against RM and send you a disclaimer form if you are stating that this was not delivered & the open front door accepting the parcel is not your house and get this fully investigated from your order of the 28th Oct.

Order went through smoothly. Received regular emails as to state of status of order and then when it was out for delivery. Received it very promptly within three days!

We old ladies still like a bit of scented talc!
I had been online searching in vain for Imperial Leather Talc which I have been using for years and years! (We old ladies still like a bit of scented talc after a bath or shower!) Only to find that it no longer exists! I didn't want anything too pongy so thought that the Kent Cosmetics Ltd offer of Apple Blossom Talc sounded a safe bet and ordered from So Lippy. Price and postage were reasonable and the product arrived quite quickly, well packaged. All good!
