The Cacharel EDTs bought were not authentic had to return one. Others were of cheap low quality.

Fantastic Service
A great range of products that I couldnt find on the highstreet at all, the whole process was great from order to delivery and even at christmas It arrived on time and saved christmas.

Terrible
I brought some items three days ago. I paid £11.95 for fast delivery and so far no items. No updates. Nothing. I have called them and there is only a answerphone message. Emails are not responded to. Sadly, it’s Christmas so I have no time to wait. Or waste.
Communication with this service is lacking and there is no way of following up an order.
Awful. I hope to get my money back.

Your order was placed Friday 19th Dec at 6.45pm and no orders are sent out until the Monday morning. Your order was sent out first thing this morning via DPD . You tried to call once this morning at 10.03am and did not leave a message. You had emailed this morning and I replied back to you explaining that due to the late time in the day that you placed your order this would not be sent out until the Monday (today). Please do not make out that you were not responded to as I had replied to your email. If your order was placed before the evening on Friday and placed in the morning then it could have sent sent out on the Friday for you. You have also received emails to say that your order was packing and shipped. I appreciate that you are anxious about your order as you have purchased it so close to Christmas. I would appreciate it if you did not say things that are not correct. We have received many orders Friday evening and over the weekend that are all shipping out today in time for Christmas

First time user but not the last
First time that we have used this supplier. First attracted by the very competitive price and delivery charge of the item chosen - Acqua di Parma body wash. Delivered to a separate address than ours as a 70th birthday gift for a close friend in Yorkshire. Ordered last Thursday, arrived on Monday, one day before required.
Recommended.
