You ordered the BaByliss PRO Replacement Foils Gold, which are €17.99 + VAT and include foils only.
We believe you may have intended to order the BaByliss PRO Replacement Foils & Cutter Gold set, which is a different and more expensive product, currently priced at €29.92 + VAT.
The €29 figure you mentioned in your review also included your delivery charge, not just the product itself.
We explained this clearly over the phone and also followed up by email with a copy of your invoice, as you mentioned you could not locate it during the call.
We have checked competitor pricing, and there are no companies selling both foils and cutters together for €17.99 + VAT, so that statement is simply incorrect.
Your order was delivered on time, in full, and your query was handled promptly by our team. Leaving a 1-star review because the incorrect product was ordered is not a fair reflection of the service provided.
