I bought Sol skin tan after seeing it on tiktok ads, I bought the darkest shade excited to be nice and bronzed. When I applied the tan it didn’t look that dark on which I was suprised by but decided I’d just wait and see. After leaving it on overnight and washing it off in the morning I was really disappointed as the tan was definitely not extra dark and it looked like I hadn’t even put any tan on! Ever since using the tan my hands and chest have been coming out in spots and extremely itchy rashes. One thing I will say is it’s nice how it’s not sticky and doesn’t have that horirble biscuit smell BUT i wouldn’t say it’s worth the money or purchase it again.

Sadly, this tan is really bad. Wanted to love it but after having given it a good three goes now I’ve given up. I used the mousse which is always my preferred type of tan. It takes FOREVER to absorb and even when using a small amount it feels like it’s just being moved around on the surface of your skin and stays wet/tacky for ages. The transfer is horrific but to be honest most mousses with a guide colour do that so nothing new there. The colour after washing off is very orange and whilst I didn’t find it was streaky initially, it doesn’t wear well at all! From day two it goes ridiculously scaly! My pre-tan and post-tan upkeep routine is very good with daily moisturising etc and despite this, it still went horribly scaly and subsequently very patchy! Each time I’ve used it I’ve needed to scrub it off after 3 days as it just looks so awful. I’ve used much cheaper brands where the tan just fades naturally, but not this. Really wanted to love this brand but feel like I’ve paid a premium price for a sub standard product. Don’t get sucked into their influencer marketing like I did!

Amazing website layout, easy navigation. Tan is 100% worth it. No horrible tan smell, no streaks and no sticky feeling.

Heavily influenced by the frequent Instagram partnerships and decided to try the gradual tan in medium/dark.

Wanted to love it, given it 2 fair goes and built it up over 3 days. I always use a mitt, exfoliate before first application, moisturise elbows/ankles/knees before and after app to prevent grabbing and to be honest, I am a fairly confident tanner (both mousse and gradual).

This product is awful. I am so yellow. There's no glowing, it's not dark and the patchiness is mortifying. It hasn't taken at all on my chest but totally grabbed at the sides? Elbows are luminous orange. It is just a mess.

I have sensitive skin and eczema but I don't see how this is any better than any other product and to be honest, I have always been fine with Bondi Sands and St Tropez so will go back as soon as I csn scrub this off.

Another note, it is so sticky. I felt tacky for HOURS. I even stood in front of an industrial fan trying to will the tan dry as it was still tacky after 30min and I needed to get dressed.

Just a hard no. Really disappointing but now I think about it, none of the influencers I saw included close up before and afters and I suspect this is why.

First time using Solskin and I don’t have a bad word to say. It smells so nice compared to other tanning products, it’s so simple to use (I have the gradual moisturiser) and it gives the loveliest, most natural-looking glow to my otherwise see-through skin (the curse of being a red head). 10/10

I love SOLSKIN Gradual Tanning Moisutiser! It applied perfectly (like silk!) and doesn’t transfer to clothes or bedsheets. The light to medium colour that I use gives you the most natural golden colour on your skin. The best part is it doesn’t leave residue on the palm of your hands. Delivery is also always very prompt! Best self tan I have ever used. Gorgeous colour , easy to apply and no n streaky. Also doesn’t transfer .

Recently tried Solskin as I love a fake tan. Product is easy to apply and true to their word it doesn’t stain I used two applications for a lovely mid brown tan Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Hey!! I’ve been using Solskin for a few months, I suffer with really bad hives and flare ups of eczema. Solskin has never irritated my skin and gives me an amazing colour that everyone always asks about!!! I love the way it fades too and there’s a lot less transfer onto clothing then other brands of tan, this is my absolute go to and I wouldn’t reach for another one!! 🤍

The face tanning drops are amazing they made my skin clear up so quick and i suffer with spots and they disappeared and give me the most amazing glow!!

best tan i’ve tried yet. Most tan’s i’ve tried go patchy after a few days but the gradual tan from SolSkin hasn’t don’t that and i’ve had it on for a week, absolutely love it

could not ask for a better fake tan then solskin, coming from a girl who has faked tan most of her life and getting rashes from every fake tan i’ve ever used this is the only one that has never irritated my skin. 100% recommend this product. Perfect glow, so easy to apply and over all makes your skin look amazing.

I suffer from bad eczema and gave up using tanning Products. Solskin is truly amazing, my skin isn’t patchy at all. My skin feels moisturised. My skin hasn’t flared up. Amazing product! Thank you solskin for making me feel me again.

This is the best gradual tan I have used and I have used a lot so even it has a slight smell but it’s not bad . I have had skin cancer and am not aloud in the Sun so this makes me happy to actually find a cream that gives a all over tan 🥰

Love the mousse… lasts longer than any other tan I’ve used and actually makes my skin feel softer and not itchy and dry like others. The colour is perfect too. Recently tried the gradual tan which I also love and may be converted to use instead of the mousse as it’s so easy to use and very moisturising too.

Don’t believe the hype. The dark tan has a strong fake tan smell. It’s super orange (and I washed it off after 4 hours, can’t imagine what it was like overnight) and it went patchy and streaky. I’m a veteran of fake tan so I know how to apply, but usually use St Tropez, tbh even St Moritz was better than this. Sad because I had heard good things and it left me looking like an Oompa Loompa and smelling like a biscuit for my 30th birthday night out. Not cool and never again!

I have tried numerous gradual tan makes & then just stuck to the one I thought was okish. But, listening to Label.Lady, I decided to give yours a go & wow! Amazing coverage, no streaks & I look like I’ve been on my hols. The smell is gorgeous.10/10 gold star ⭐️
